We're going to get steamrolled and have the piss taken out of us in equal measure. Can't wait.

Good news for you we can't stop giving away goals with some schoolboy defending, bad news is the front 3 of The Beast,Mackail-Smith and Tyson are all scoring goals. Scarr is out injured so El-Abd will be recalled :ffs: Wouldn't be surprised if this game finished 3-2 or 4-3.
The marquee beer tent will be open to away fans with a BBQ and a live band.

Nelson at fault for the goal but otherwise done well despite being up against a real homer of a referee today.

Fans here are going mental about Akinfenwa winning headers but I'm not quite these much you can do against a bloke that size except make it difficult for him and instead focus on the knockdowns? He's fucking huge and winning headers is literally the point of all his size.

This ref needs to read the history of Wycombeand their recent style of play. He seems completely naive to it all.

Really not used to this "scoring goals" business. Oh well, deal with it, I guess.

Wycombe has three chances and scored them all. Other than that it was dull, except for us creating a fair bit in the first 25 mins.

Obviously had come to expect the cheating etc from the Wycombe players, but was disappointed to see the ref buy into it time after time. Also special shout out to Scott Brown who produced one of the worst displays of dickheadish-ness in telling a little ball boy to drop the ball and help him time-waste. Thus bringing him into the abuse the (pig-headed) Barnet fans were giving Brown already. No need to bring an 8-year old into all of that shit. Just let him do his job and you be a dickhead by yourself.

Our fans are fucking special though, I have to admit. Calling for our manager to go... what can he do with the players he has available? I can't even be bothered to type a response to it, I presume the people on here are more level-headed than those on our forum and social media groups.

I tried talking to a few but they've decided Sweeney is the best player they've ever seen.

I was laughing to much to continue.

Until the first goal, I thought we were playing well. Wycombe were very open at the back and we had chances.

We are powder puff at the back though and once Wycombe got in front, we were on the back foot. Every set piece looked like we’d concede and all three goals were awful defending.

We need to stop the rot and scramble a win soon. It’s no good relying on injured players coming back and suddenly making all the difference. Options to make changes are certainly limited but if we stop gifting goals that will certainly help.

I would've thought by now everyone knows that those kind of posts are entirely tongue in cheek and I have no confidence in my club/anyone associated it to do anything other than be perennial let downs.
