Last Man Standing - A Forum Game *****(NEW SEASON)*****

Hi guys,

This is an idea that was mentioned in the Shoutbox and people said they had played it elsewhere and it was a decent game, so I thought I would get it going for League 1. I have never played this before, but I think I have got a basic grip of the rules.

From what I can gather, you pick a team that you think is going to win on Saturday and if your team wins, you go through to the next round but if they don't win, you are out. The people that go through then pick a team in the next gameweek and basically whoever is last man standing wins that particular season. (If I have got any of this wrong, please correct me because I'm basically guessing the rules here...)

You can not pick the same team twice in one "season" E.G I pick Preston on Saturday, they win so I have to pick a different team for the next gameweek.

Obviously, you can't join mid-way through a "season" but I can't see them lasting more than a couple of gameweeks.

We normally allow you to choose from the top four divisions in England, not league specific as that could fail quickly.

Ah right, cheers! Suppose if you play sensibly it could go on that long! Probably harder in this league due to everyone being capable of beating anyone!
