There's been a lot of debate over who has the top 5 budget or top 10 etc in the transfer thread so thought i'd look into this...
So i searched the internet, how reliable the information is i don't know, i imagine its based on Football manager or something similar so probably 50% accurate / 50% guesswork.

Really interesting things based on this is that Crewe and Accrington both deserve the plaudits, massively outperforming their spending. Whereas Forest Green and MK Dons are both clearly suffering from overpaying in the relegation battle last season. No club is in the same position as their wage bill, but lots of teams are two spots away.
Wrexhams salary bill is the more than the entire salary bill for Crewe, Accrington and Newport combined.
The only thing i will add is this data is skewed as it includes loan players salaries, and for example i highly doubt Stockport are paying all £10k a week of Barrys wages.
