List of UK Teams & Leagues? Grass Roots to Professional

I am working on a report about football in the UK, I have been looking high and low to locate lists of every team in the UK from Grass Roots / Kids level to Adult Professional level (including womens). Does anyone know where I can find a list of every team from top to bottom in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland?

I have tried contacting the 4 FA associations but have not had any response. Even a list of every league in the UK would help and I can input teams manually by league and region.
