Most people moaned about it!
I watched my first game from there, a freezing cold 0-0 draw with Oxford. I left before the end!

Yep it’s Barnet’s old away terrace. It will be nice to have a four sided ground again!

Yep I’m the same, stood on Southport’s open away terrace was one of my favourite ever away games, give me terracing over seats any day.

Yeah it's always nice standing on an open terrace getting wet with a gale blowing in your face. Proper terrace for proper fans. None of these posh seats with drinks holders and USB ports like they're gonna have at Spurs.

Shame on Exeter for building such a fancy away end. Posh wankers.

Covered unseating. Best of both worlds.
There are/were some great covered terraces I've been to. I remember Peterborough, Cambridge, Torquay, Burton.
And on the flip side, the uncovered seating at Gillingham. Absolutely appalling

I think there is not enough space for a full-length stand as the railway line cuts in very close to that side.
Enjoy the terrace we nicked from Wealdstone FGR fans!

It can't be any longer because there is a railway embankment below, and a need for 3 metres walkway to the side.
It's the same capacity as the one that preceded it, just with nicer sightlines and better facilities.
The away end will be in two parts, with an access down the middle for emergency vehicles. I don't know whether for sparse crowds only the one of the left will be used

Exellent lower league ground Exeter will have with this completed.

Wish we turned our derelict Bishop Street stand in to that terrace that we have drawn up, I understand that it does not make financial sense although im unsure of the price quoted.
