I've little doubt that we will lose this. And I've even less doubt that there will be people desperate to make out that such a loss will be a crisis of some sort after the Palace result, despite the fact we'll be away to the best club in the league this season and we still have serious injury issues.

3-1.

Already played out a 0-0 bore draw back in August mate.

Yeah, I'll assume you haven't looked at the league table. Goal difference it might be, but less than those additional 4 goals scored have made the difference between winners and runners up. :hypo:

How about you play along, just once. It's really not that much to ask.

Yeah I can't see Liverpool getting anything at Eastlands. City were on fire the last few weeks, one could only hope they come back from the international break a bit rusty and Aguero doesn't make it like he hopes. Clutching at straws I know.

City 2 - 0 Liverpool

On the positive side, get this match done and that should be that bastard of an away fixture list done.

I'd be happy with that given the team Klopp will be forced to send out.

It's a shame a draw is the same as a loss.

Man City have been quite poor recently, with a very negative performance in the draw against Man Utd and they couldn't even beat Villa. They needed a penalty to win in the last few mins against Norwich at home too.

Liverpool are going to win;)

Klopp to continue his 18 months of underachievement with another loss here.
18 months underachievement you say, beats 50 years of Geordie failure I suppose. ;)

Will Aguero and/or Silva be fit for this?

Like you never looked at the league table goal difference etc in your somewhat predictable pathetic small time Everton v Villa prediction.

I'm beginning to think you don't actually support Hibs mate. Careful you don't chip a tooth :)

With all our injuries, it is going to be an easy win for City. City 2-1 Liverpool

Both sides have injuries and City would have won comfortably either way.
With a fit Sturridge, Henderson and Sakho, I would give us a chance. Our record against city isn't too bad in recent years.

Liverpool could be as low as 13th with a City win ( the most probable result) and just 3 or 4 points of a relegation place..........Kloptastic !

My prediction of bottom 3 finish is looking as healthy as my Leicester top 6 prediction.........love it.

Boom !

If Silva and Aguero miss, Manchester City are missing more quality than that - strange excuse.

Not really. City missing their best 2-3 players would have less of an effect on their normal quality than us missing our best 2-3. It's about the squad depth, or lack of it in our case.

I've never been a big fan of using injuries as an excuse though. Sometimes it's just shit luck, but a lot of the time it's either a reflection of not buying enough players or of the correct fitness, or there being issues with how the club deal with injuries. For example, the latter we have to assume is at least part of Arsenal's issue in recent seasons.

That's not logical unless you equate the value of City's best 2-3 players as even with Liverpool's best 2-3 players.
