Didn't matter who came in, just needed something to reverse the negative spiral the club had got stuck in.

Players are coming back but the team was so demoralised it needed decisive action. Really pleased Rossi is still with us, was unlucky with injuries and then didn't have the experience to cope with the problems he faced.

The positive I can give you is that he may be able to turn it around in the short term. After that its full backs in central midfield, centre backs on the wing and up front. You name it, McGhee will do it. Amazed he's taken a job back in L2 to be honest

I don't view him as a long term appointment, and I don't think the chairman does either.

His job is to keep us up and that's it. I'm not expecting it to be pretty.

Spot on. The timing could be right as we are starting to get some players back from injury. If we don't get that new manager bounce, we're f*@&ed.

Well, people complain that TK doesn't act quickly enough to act on a situation (although I'm not sure of the truth of that). He's certainly not dithered in this case.
Perhaps some hard-edqed pragmatism is what we need right now.
