Nobody is really talking about him. In fact hardly anyone thinks he will be in our starting line up.

I think he has all the tools to be a monster of a player and I see this being a very productive season for him. Sign the fella from Inter if you must but you won't stand in this kids way for long.

Thoughts?

I think he has loads of potential, sometimes people forget how young he and Shaw are.

It isn't a question of how young they are, take any current top class player and you'll struggle to find more than one or two who had a period of regression in their early twenties. Some are late bloomers, sure, but early regression is very uncommon. It's not a death sentence but to say it's a bad sign is understating it.

Martial will do fuck all this season. Jose wants to bring in a left winger. Rashford has probably got the wide and strike roles ahead of Martial as well. He's not going to get much time to shine.
If he tracked back more he'd be right up Joses alley. Oo-er.

I think Mourinho never rated him and really wants to sell him but that the club will look stupid if they sign for peanuts a player they bought for loads of doh. If Martial was in Mou's plans, Lukaku wouldn't have been bought.
Martial needs to find himself a club where he's given the no.9 role and flourish. It won't be at United. If anything, Everton should have included him in the Lukaku deal. Have no idea why Rooney is going back.

I'd be surprised if Rashford is played left wing instead of Martial.

Neither would be played as proper left wingers, but left sided forwards in a front 3, Rashford would get priority I think.
