Tranmere have confirmed that Micky Adams will be there new manager replacing Rob Edwards after he was sacked on Monday.
Adams will not take charge of Rovers' match on Saturday away at Oxford United. However, Adams will be in attendance to see his new team in action for the first time so Assistant Manager Matt Gill and Coach Alex Russell will take the reigns of Saturdays fixture. Adams will be in the dugout for the first time when Rovers host Mansfield Town on Tuesday evening.
Is this a good appointment for Tranmere? Is Micky Adams the man to take Tranmere back into League One? Please vote or leave feedback.
