I love how being optimistic means a 1 all draw. What you say is true though. We don't just get beat we are annually humiliated here. Sheridan last defeat here as latics boss resulted in his sacking.

Would be hard pressed to find another team who has conceded more here than us

We really need to win this to continue our "climb" up the table, but think you guys will be full of confidence after your last game. Could make it tricky.

I can't see the 5,6 or 7 goal pounding that we habitually hand out to Oldham. More likely to be a tense game with a single goal separating two improving sides.

Sheridan's last two trips to s:mk have been 6:2 defeats (same score against Chesterfield in 14/15).

Can't see a rout happening tonight. Mainly because it's a Tuesday and we don't do Tuesday's at home. If we don't score early then the inevitable happens at some point, and we lose all semblance of a plan as the crowd roll their eyes and murmur "'ere we go again". It'll take more than a new manager to stop that.

We didn't do Tuesday nights under Robbo, let's not write Robbie off just yet.

96th minute and MK's first shot on target. Its done us a favour but harsh on Oldham.

That was as bad as anything we've ever witnessed on a Tuesday night for 94 minutes.

Was the plan really to water the home end, win the toss and turn it round and then proceed to lump balls over the top for any of the front four to chase at every opportunity? It marginally improved second half when we had an option in Chuks and spreading it wide for Barnes, but that was about as clueless as I've ever seen from us for most of tonight. I'm starting to think the Jambos that criticised RN for being "tactically schizophrenic" may have a point. Play to your strengths with the personnel available. Wehave footballers. Let them play football!

Totally agree, it was dire, think RN may have made one change to many with the starting line up, we needed wither Chuks or Barnes starting imho to give us that bit of guile going forward, still playing badly and winning is better than where we were and RN up for nomination for Manager of the month, wonder if Chuks is in with a shout also ?

The score line was so low as Powell didn't play. Always tears us a new one him.
