Morecambe vs Exeter

A big, healthy win would be good for us. We do have a good record against the Shrimps, and we really do need a boost in our goal difference to help us for what is looking like a very close promotion/play off finish.

We are no threat to you, we showed that when we settled for a draw at home. I didn't go today, but sounded like we were settling for a draw today and got caught out by a long range shot which Pym should have saved easily.
They might be doing us a favour, didn't want the playoffs anyway

Actually mate Exeter were the team i feared the most as you kept the pressure on us while we went 3 games without a win.

Horrid conditions, horrid game. The 2nd goal bounced in front of Pym so went over him, Jimbo can finally thank the bad pitch for a bit of luck. We were awful in the first half but came out much better in the 2nd. Exeter could have been out of sight if number 28 (Edwards?) could finish, he looks a really handy player apart from that.

Massive massive win for us and the results we needed to go our way pretty much have done. Another big game on Tuesday.

Yep Kyle Edwards who’s on loan from West Brom. He’s your typical young quick winger, on occasions he destroys people but he’s very inconsistent and, as you say, his finishing is poor.

As for the game, it was really disappointing to lose and we’re now out of the playoffs albeit with a game in hand this Tuesday which we have to make count.

Fair play though, a good win for Morecambe
