A game we should be looking to win is this, however we should be looking to win at FGR and Yeovil and we pretty much played for a draw in each.

Surridge has been ruled out again which is annoying as this means we will likely start with the same shite strikeforce, though I hope he opts for Lang instead of COG.

Not sure if what I'm saying is accurate, but as well as behind one goal, and a section of the main stand, I think we might have a bit of the side terrace? Either way, it'll be a nice boost to the new players especially to see such strong support.

I'm looking forward to it, first league meeting, and always wished Morecambe well as an underdog Lancashire team. Like I say, I think it's important as a bellwether game for us, it'll show us if we've got something about us as a top 7 team or not.

Really good win on Tuesday for us. Good to (finally) see some understanding between midfield and attack which resulted in some of the best football I've seen us play for at least a year. BUT if I know anything about division four I know that consistency is a problem for most teams so I wouldn't be surprised to see us labour again. Though we do tend to do ok with a big vociferous away support. A lot depends on the way we are set up. So, losing would be gloomy, win again would be blissful. Probably a draw. Oh, and if we do hit bliss don't be destructive eh latics, we can afford it a lot less than you.

Win this and I'll be happy enough we have made a decent start. Would be in or around the playoffs with just 1 defeat in 5. Not too shabby.

Lose it and it looks really bad. 1 win in 5, and at the wrong end of the table having just lost to the predicted whipping boys. No offence to Morcambe but we really should be looking for the win.

I'll be disappointed from the off if he sets us up for a draw again

Shrimps fans must be absolutely gutted after that. We couldn't have complained if we hadn't won. BUT it's about putting the ball in the back of the net, and that's something Morecambe are struggling to do this season. And we showed a lot of desire to keep a clean sheet with some of the defending we did and some outstanding saves from Daniel Iversen. He looks to be an outstanding prospect, possibly Denmark's future No.1.

Hopefully we find a bit more fluidity in our play, which we saw glimpses of today, and use the momentum of 7 points from the last few games to go on a run with two home games to come. =)

Don't care about performances this season. It's all about results. If ugly wins keeps us up there so be it. This league is renowned for not being pretty.7 from 9 is pleasing.

2 very winnable games coming up another 6 would surely see us top 3, but I'd probably take 4 now to keep momentum ticking over

Crazy 5 minutes killed us. I thought we played well again though, the subs we put on just stopped our momentum. Had we have got a goal, we could have gone on and won it.

Really enjoying watching us play again which I haven't said for years. God bless 4-4-2.
