So, let me get this straight.
The EFL are going to pay us to play the same players in the League that they fine us for if we play them in the EFL Trophy.
I'm sure that I must have misread their statement somehow. Perhaps someone can explain.
Now, if we were going to be fined for not having enough foreign players, perhaps I could understand.
