Should start seeing new strips in the coming weeks so best get this started.

Vale have announced they will keep the incredibly popular all Black away kit next season as a thank you to fans loyalty and it will become the third kit, we’ve sold 11,000 which is around 3 times the normal we’d sell.

Does look smart and mean! We seemed to go with the green more but haven’t wore that since the Scunthorpe debacle and stuck to Black.

The new home and away kit have been ordered so should be unveiled soon, again they will be designed by Robbie Williams, after his out there home kit this season. Got a feeling we will go retro and have a home kit in the style of the black away maybe. Just plain white and something nuts for the away but we will see...

Saw Walsall unveiled one with names of fans within it for next season already.

We've already announced this "Thank You" 3rd shirt for next season which will have the names of anyone who didn't request a refund on their season ticket this season (such as yours truly):

Notwithstanding the name thing, I actually really love the design as well.

It's also new away kit year as we had a new home kit last summer.

We are just having the National League logo put on it before releasing.

Ours is being made by an Indonesian company who will make it to the fans chosen design. We have nobody to blame but ourselves if its horrible.

As Port Vale's tie-in with their superstar celeb worked so well this season, we've announced that Dave Myers from the Hairy Bikers has been asked to design our home and away kits for next year.

I imagine the Port Vale away kit performed so well because no one wanted that awful home shirt.

Big seller as well.

It’s a marmite one but in the flesh it looks really good.

Despite my aversion for red and white in combination I have to say that the Cheltenham shirt looks pretty good, wonderful gesture by the club too...it isn't necessarily a given that a club will care about its supporters, refreshing when one does...though I guess they will probably make a few quid from selling a shirt to people who can show others their name on it.

I haven't a clue whether we will have a new strip for next season, I kind of like those we have already so I'm not particularly bothered...what we might see is a further experiment with different materials...I'm desperately hoping for something that is edible, maybe a blend of mango and tofu or perhaps chickpea and aubergine...when Dale is involved it will definitely be different.

Someone's not following the rules - I'm the one that should get to start the new kits thread! Valefan, I'm not impressed! But I'll let you off this one time...*

Oh well never mind. I still get to start the 2021/22 new face masks and snoods thread. Woohoo :woo:

*I'm only joking valefan. Good job in getting this up and running. I do hope though that Carol stops Robbie from having any say in PV's new kits this time because your kits are always nice smart designs IMO.

"We are going to do something a bit different, it will mark an occasion in our history and will be a one off...the home kit will be very different!'

From the CEO, we’ve had a few white kits over the years so wouldn’t be surprised if it was that.

Unfortunately Robbie is involved again!

In fairness his smart black one has been the best seller for years. The home i love it myself, most Vale fans warmed to it in the flesh after the initial shock of it but is a marmite one.

The green one was a first fully green one in years. Not great but different. Problem with it is that it has darker green pattern the same as the home kit so if you have a bit of a belly you look like a watermelon side on! (Not talking from experience... ok maybe I am!)

Have to say I did like the Cambridge kit worn at our place. That was a smart one. The green trim on Walsall looks decent too.

Our keeper kits have done well this season too, they are bespoke to match the kits in design (yellow in the home kit, Green in the away and Purple in the third) and being short sleeves have sold well. Other than Bolton we are the only league two side to get our keeper kit on fifa!

What we will come up this new season who knows with Robbie, would like something maybe styled in the 1993-95 style when we won promotion and the Autoglass. Symbolic of the start of our great era with the sash lines over the shoulder to the chest.

Wonderful gesture, or a way to get more money out of fans who didn't ask for a refund and are stupid enough, like yours truly, to fork out for two because it has them and their son's name on it?
