before that poll comes back again, thought I'd pop this up.

Nothing game for Notts but for Newport a very big game.
I am thinking draw.

Oh despite there only being 2 words and 1 letter in the title I even messed that up.
Obviously Notts are AT Newport

We don't seem to be easing down so it could be a tough afternoon for Newport. Wouldn't be surprised at an away win although Newport must be in a more positive frame of mind than Hartlepool.

Can see Notts getting a result here but we won't beat Doncaster so it won't matter

Most teams end a winless run against us.
We're fucked.

We will go for this I reckon. Too many players out of contract means they are still playing for futures, although it seems Nolan has told some players already they are not wanted.

Can see us winning but pools losing

Shitting it for Saturday. Just want it over, this week is bleeding dragging. Hope to God we stay up, after taking such a long time to get back into the FL it would be truly gutting to drop out again. With a lot going on off the pitch with the rugby owners / WRU at Dave it seems likely that a plastic pitch will be installed should we fall into the National League.
Understandably we are most peoples favourites for the drop due to the shit pitch etc but in a kind of way the pitch sums up our shitty little town.
Looks like we'll have a full house (7,000+) at Dave so should be a good atmosphere - guess most will be on the piss all day too. Pies have almost sold out their allocation too I believe.
Best of luck Pools - enjoyed the 2-2 draw up at your place back in August. May the least shit team survive.

This has been us a few times recently so it'll be nice to sit back and watch someone else suffer!

We've not looked like a team already on our holidays so should make it difficult and maybe give Hartlepool a chance.

Great news !
Also Alex Samuel, striker on loan from Swansea, has been our best player under Flynn but was injured at Carlisle and is unlikely to play. We rarely score more than 1 goal per game so its gonna be tight. Maybe the Shop will sign off with a late winner. Here's hoping.

Samuel was easily the best Newport player on the pitch last weekend, always looked a threat with his pace. I wouldn't mind going for him on loan for next season.

Good luck to both Newport and Hartlepool, two tough games and I wouldn't be surprised if it's two away wins.

If I could take a player out of that Newport side it would be the goalie all day long... geddit :P

But their defence were poor and I reckon Stead and Ameobi will have them for breakfast.

I fed tinned sardines to my West Highland Terrier this morning. First time she's tasted them. Anyway, she has just been sick but more importantly she has also taken a shit. I think it's a sign but bizarrely the turds were a very dark browny black and bright orangey amber. Clearly either showing her support to Flynny and the boys or just making a general comment on Newport County. I will take it as a positive. C'mon the Port.

Blame the ref, we had a stone wall shirt pull ignored and he gave them what looked an incredibly soft penalty.

To prevent accusations of bias do they have a neutral ref when sheep shaggers play English gentlemen??
Is it any different stopping a spurs supporting ref being in charge of an arsenal game?

Tbh whenever a player gets sent off they can cry off to the Welsh FA, which I don't agree with.

Play in the English system and you get governed by the English FA.

If you don't like it, fuck off.

We're too soft on this.
