This is the page where the Supporters Trust are aiming to collect £100k to help in the fight to save NTFC,

Any donation would be greatly appreciated or if you could spread the word on your own club boards etc.

We are in need of help and are one of a number clubs in recent times to be thrust into an awful situation.

At this stage things have gone again quiet. The purpose of the fund is below
Funds raised will be used to deliver a healthier voice for supporters in any club going forwards. This may mean negotiating with a new owner, administrators or the establishment of a phoenix club. Help give a fighting chance to keep a 118 year old club going.

In essence at this stage all outcomes are possible. There is a chance that at the winding up order the judge could liquidate NTFC in which case clearly we will start afresh. In an ideal world a credible suitor will come forward and this will allow the trust to have a much louder voice as the lesson we have all learnt is one person with all power can be a big issue when things start to go wrong.

I feel as well if a credible amount can be raised - it will demonstrate to the court that NTFC is worth saving. The fight goes on.

What happens if you raise the money, Cardoza insists there is a buyer on the horizon, and stop-gap funding is required to move the club on. Say to the tune of £100k... Will whoever is in control of the funds release it to him to keep the current club alive for a bit?

It's a bloody awful situation to be in, and I think someone will face jail time over this. Currently the Trust has no board member as he resigned and so just having a pot of money is of little use at the present time. If it was to be a phoenix club, then by all means.

I understand why some fans are reluctant to help with funding, but then again, every club that gets itself into this sort of mess is only because it was badly run. The only exception I can think of atm are The Dons. So you either help all clubs in distress or help no one, simple as.
