Will be in London on 12th August, and have been informed by AFC Wimbledon that there will be no seat tickets for the Shrewsbury game, I was after 2 seats as wife is quite short and I'm not much better so standing is not an option. Do any of you have any suggestions for another London based club I could go to on that day. Can be in any league, to say I'm more than a bit pissed off would be an understatement.

I would put out an appeal on your independent fans forum -- Maybe some season ticket holders maybe still on holiday.

Club has said that season ticket holders have taken all the seats, dont know of any interdependent fan forums

EDIT - looks like there may be a couple of ST seats available due to people being away. Just working on logistics with the ST holder.

Forgive me if I've got the wrong end of the stick, but it sounds like you're pissed off at the club about this. Did they promise that they'd keep a couple of seats aside for you or something?

That's unfortunate, but with a 98% return on season tickets and this being the first home game, seats were always going to be a premium. I'm short, so I used to take my place on the tempest by about 2.15pm - plenty of room at that time to get a space near a barrier and so a good view!

No not pissed off with Club, just pissed off that I at the stage of posting thread didnt look like I would get to game, Things have taken an upturn as a member on here has stepped up to help.
