Despite their injury crisis Colchester still pulling out some impressive results at home - but not so much away? We're unbeaten at home under Nolan and I'm backing that to continue here with another narrow win (all of Nolan's seven victories so far have been by the odd goal). 2-1 Notts.

Would love a win but can see a draw which wouldn't be the end of the world.
We tend to do reasonably well against Col U, their 2-1 win in December was the first time they had beaten us in 7, we won the rest!
Form wise its obviously us who are better and they have only won 4 away but they have drew 7.
1-1 methinks although I am going for a win in the Oakey League (yes I know contradiction)

Think we're safe now but would be nice to stay unbeaten at home until the end of the season.

Suspect Nolan will want a couple more points before he starts taking a look at some of the youngsters (and himself) with a view to next season.

It's about time we started to accept the fact that Shola Ameobi is the greatest player in this fine club's history.

Take a bow Kevin Nolan. What a job he's done in a short period of time. Ameobi has been fantastic since he signed. I hope he's got the legs to do it next season.

One way traffic today, not seen a Notts team create that many chances for ages. Need to get Shola signed up asap, he's brilliant.

not sure if I'm more impressed by his volley, header or when he managed to hit the bar whilst standing underneath it for Hollis goal.

There's going to be lots of interesting new contract decisions in the summer - Hollis, Duffy, Hewitt and Milsom have all played well enough to earn new ones - just a question of how much trust Nolan really has in the current bunch if top 7 at a minimum is the aim next season.

Hollis, Duffy and especially Milsom would get offers if I was Nolan.

Milsom has been very impressive. Finally we are seeing what he's capable of.
