2019 Results are out:

Where League 2 is concerned Port Vale's new owners are the best in the league (4th in the country) whereas Oldham and Macclesfield probably unsurprisingly the worst.
Vale and Blackpool following take over's have gone from low ratings to the top end. Andy Holt of Accrington not surprisingly the best overall.
Pleased for Carol and Kevin, they have been outstanding since coming in to revitalise the club and after paying probably 3 times its true worth to save the club from Smurf deserve all the love from the fans.
Team is finally on the up after 3 awful years of relegation and 2 x battles to preserve our 101 year stay in the EFL. Ground is slowly improving and of course the Robbie Williams concert and getting him back involved in following the club again is a positive.
Done some subtle little things, Stoke giving out free shirts to all the City's school kids which Vale have offered to swap for a free Vale one, setting up a proper professional board and changing the whole feel of the club, proper catering from the Vale players after eating left over pies under the previous regime!
Interestingly no other League Two owner features in the top 10!
