Will it be an 'after the lord mayor's show' performance by Oxford or will we continue our unbeaten ways at the Kassam.

I have a slight fear of a touch of complacency setting in.

Someday, sometime, somebody will bring us back down to earth, but at the moment we are flyiing.

Roll on tomorrow.

Danny 'Racist' Hylton will probably score a few and Kemar will lift the Roofe off the Kassam with our defence being as shit as it is.

3-1 loss, we'll get an obligatory 2nd half goal from somewhere. Your defence to fluff their lines and Big John'll score - only way we seem to be managing it at the moment.

I will go in the faint hope we might beat Oxford for the first time in our history.
Oxford unbeaten at home should really roll us over as a team without a win away.

A bit of complacency from some fans maybe, but our management and team are too professional for that. I do think somebody is going to be on the end of a hammering from us soon though. Could be tomorrow, or it could be a Wimbledon/Crawley kind of day, who knows, but it's fun watching us at the moment.

Why is Danny Hylton a racist?

Us Oxford fans are in danger of becoming far too cocky for a team that's third in the league.

But I'm not a man to disagree with a crowd. I will therefore plump for a 3-0 victory to Oxford.

I wasn't aware of that. So what actually happened?
From what I can remember, he didn't like a challenge on him right at the end of the game and said something to that player, which one of our other players, Steve Kabba, took exception to.

He then said something to Kabba who lost it, as did a couple of other black players, Mark Marshall and Izale McLeod who were also in earshot. It was obvious from their spontaneous reactions that he said something that crossed a line, especially Kabba's, who had to be physically restrained from getting to him.

I was aware of it - but it was in his pre-Oxford days. I believe he was playing for Aldershot at the time.
There is quite a large contingent of 'forgiving' people at Oxford who believe in giving miscreants a second chance.
Luke McCormick of Plymouth and Adam Chapman of Mansfield are two others we have had on our books.

I just hope it doesn't spread to Nile Ranger or Ched Evans.

We've started a last man standing at work (pick one team to win each week £2 a week)

I've gone for Oxford first. Don't let me down!

It was Charlie Taylor who lost it if I remember correctly, wasn't he sent off for spitting at Hylton?

Well, this is amusing. We were all scratching our heads at MA's selection, especially the fact that Muggles is starting and we're 3-1 up!
I don't know about the Oxon fans but we're all shell-shocked!

3-2 now, we'll probably still lose but this is entertaining at least. Weird game, this football thing.

Checking out the Oxford forum looks like we time wasted a lot. I love reading that stuff when you go away from home and come back with the points. Sounds like a game plan that they couldn't deal with.

Great seeing Mr Akinde scoring, interesting to hear how oxford dealt with him.

Great result, we've been unlucky a few times this season and it's about time we were rewarded

Genuinely couldn't care less about our time wasting, we've been victim to it, professional discourtesy seems to be how to get by in this league.

Akinde had a good game except for a silly dive in the first half. The Oxford defence couldnt get the ball of him and he was involved in all the goals as far as I can remember.

I thought the officials were generally poor for both sides. We had a definite pen not awarded and Oxford had a player miles offside given on because the lino couldn't keep up. One of the Oxford players was upset at a challenge and dived in late on Johnson to take revenge and I thought he was lucky it was only yellow as it was clear the ball wasnt his target. Gash got a swinging arm in the face that was unpunished also.

What a great result.

Every man worked incredibly hard for that win and clearly, the sum is worth more than the individual parts.

It really is difficult to pick who stood out.

Jamie Stephens had an inspired game; he was really commanding and made some great saves. Elliot Johnson was his usual reliable self, Josh Clarke had another impressive game on the wing and bar his stupid dive, Akinde led the line perfectly.

7 from 9.. Here's to a few more points.
