A familiar fixture and the biggest game of our season so far as a win would put us in touching distance of the top 6.

Not sure who Sheff Utd have in reserve but no Coutts or Fleck is good news, didn't think i'd ever say this but hoping we can keep Leon Clarke quiet. Potentially a good game as Sheff Utd won't come here and sit back i don't think.

Selection headache for AN with DJ, Harrop and Horgan all pushing for a start. Clarke at right back and Fisher on his wrong side isn't ideal either, so Woods could come straight back in if he's fit.

Win please.

Lundstrem has replaced Coutts and is doing well imo, we haven't won since Coutts got injured but I do not think that has played a part at all to be honest. We had our full back in again last Friday and we played brilliantly I thought, I know we lost but if fleck didn't get sent off I'd of been amazed if we wouldn't of won that game. We will miss fleck though that is for sure, either carruthers will come in for him or basham will move into the middle and a centre half will replace bash. It's not the most ideal situation but if we perform how we did on Friday i fancy something from the game for sure. We certainly won't be doing anything other than going all out to win.

Should be a good game this, neither manager will sit in so you've got to fancy a few goals aswell.

I hope he doesn't dick about at the back though, as against the better teams I think we'd get found out. So for me it's Fisher, Huntington, Davies and Woods (if fit) at the back.

Some big decisions for the front 6, surely Horgan deserves a start after his impact at Burton though.

Will be confident and go 3.1 North End.

Still pretty limited who we can field at the back though while Woods is out again, with Spurr, Cunningham and Earl missing (all lefties).

He obviously sees O'Connor as an impact sub, as he does seem much better going forward than defending. I think he looks half decent personally, despite a couple of dodgy games away from home but he's always going to be behind Cunningham and Earl once they're fit.

Coutts injured, flecks suspended and now Duffy is Ill, entire midfield missing. Also no Brooks on the bench either so he must be injured too. Can't say I'm feeling very confident about today but I thought that at hillsborough when we were forced into a few changes. So you never know utb.

Brooks is also Ill not injured

Great win. We were excellent second half. Was disappointed with Sheff Utd but obviously missing their whole first choice midfield. Clarke worked hard but Ben Davies had him in his pocket all game, would have been my MOTM but can't really argue with Pearson who was class again.

Robinson was fantastic today and surprised he went off over Barkhuizen who was anonymous yet again. Hugill, class.

Was always gonna be a tough ask creating a lot with the midfield issues. You've had enough injury problems yourselves this season it's about limiting the damage then hopefully we can bounce back from it like you have. We never had a single shot 2nd half so fully deserve to lose on that basis alone.

Good 3pts. First half was dull and scrappy with Sheffield Utd edging it but second half we upped our game and Pearson and Robinson in particular we're quality. Hugill found an extra level too, great ball by Robinson for his goal.

Sheffield Utd had some decent pressure later in the game but we looked comfortable, defence was solid and I don't remember Maxwell making a real save. Professional job.

Thought Barkhuizen was dangerous second half, a few, good driving runs.

Yep fair point. Shocking first touch though when Robinson played that ball over to him, should have scored that.

O'Connor did ok again to be fair, I wouldn't worry about throwing him in

Just needs to learn that he's not playing Rugby and that he can pass forward!

Yeah, O'Connor was steady enough. I feared the worst when Fisher had to come off but O'Connor did a job.

Definitely something there, summat to work on and mould. He's got that classic LB 'style' if that makes sense. A more athletic version of Rob Edwards.

Give him 6-12months to get up to speed and realise what English footy is all about, and I reckon he'll develop into a very decent player.

Problem is, he's got Earl and Cunningham to fight it out with for the LB slot.

Maybe a loan would do him some good when those 2 are fully fit.
