In all seriousness though I expect a tight game with both teams terrified of losing. But I said back after Bristol City that we'd get our first away win of the season against PNE and I'm not changing my prediction now. I called back in August last season that we'd lose our first home match against Burton in October and got that spot on so I'm hoping my magic touch remains. 2-1 Wigan with a late Nick Powell winner.

Irony at it's finest from the Blackburn fan. You'd be rotting in the doldrums dining on Stone Age success just like Preston if Uncle Jack hadn't come along.

The odd Bolton fan might delude themselves into thinking their fanbase don't see us as their main rivals but we all know it's not true when their thousands of stone island clad teenagers descend into town looking for a fight every time we lock horns. There are posters on pne-online who represent a Norwegian branch of North End supporters. An Italian branch, a German branch, a Spanish branch, a Cypriot branch and a Portuguese branch to name but a few. All of which have absolutely no affiliation to the city of Preston, or the UK.
