One thing that sticks out for me is, as far as I recall the FL have never commented on these hoax (I know the fixtures already people) leaked lists. Its just a little strange that they did this time, perhaps the document was formatted a little too close to how it would have looked (excluding the MS paint logo)

I guess that this time, local newspapers, who must be running out of stuff to print decided to go with it so the FL felt they had to say something in response.
