What radio stations do you listen to? And what are your favourite shows/presenters?

I like Radio X at work, the breakfast show is easy listening and gets me through a shite morning at work. If I change over I’ll go to Absolute or Virgin radio in the afternoons. Other than being at work though I don’t listen to much radio.

in the office it's capital xtra, kiss, kisstory (drake is a cool guy) and smooth - gets a bit samey after a while so it invariably gets turned off early afters before it goes back on as home time approaches

Radio 6 Music usually on the road. Radio 4 and 4 Extra fairly regularly (I'm a wrinkly) and BBC World Service for insomnia.

Radio 2 or Absolute most of the time. BBC London 94.9 post match and the occasional dip into the new London digital station Love Sport Radio.

For me it is mostly Absolute. Big fan of Christian O'Connell. It'll be a shame when he moves to Australia!

I've had a very extended radio hiatus because I don't really listen at home and haven't, for a long time, had a commute to work or a job where it was really possible. I'm now in a role where I'm able to stick on some headphones and switch off a bit so am starting to get back into the habit.

Currently reacquainting myself with 6 Music.

My boss alternates between Absolute and Eagle.

Good old the Eagle. I think it's sort of vaguely tolerable so far as regional commercial radio goes...

Absolute have a tendency to be the same which is annoying as I can't stand the bloke.

Still listen to the old xfm shows with ricky Gervais, Stephen merchant and karl Pilkington more than I listen to live radio but when I do listen live it's usually Lincs FM or a bit of Smooth FM

I don't go out my way to listen to radio. I've got Radio 2 on in the car when I'm going to and from work, so that would be Chris Evans and Simon Mayo. But as the round trip takes less than 20 minutes, its barely worth the bother.

Switched to Radio 1 on my way to work this morning. Wow, Grimshaw is still an awful presenter. Or maybe at 25, I'm just too old for his childish style?

Just taken delivery of my new DAB radio. Struggling to get it under control at this stage but I'll be looking for a steer on where to broaden my horizons in the next week or so.

Already a big fan of BBC 6 Music from my football travels but not impressed with most of the other music offerings that I've dipped into, mainly on saturdays, so any specific programmes or obscure stations that might enrich my life?

Anyone managed to catch the new Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Greg?

Mostly listen to Arrow in the car, it plays a wide selection of rock music for the more eclectic of tastes from the Jam to Led Zeppelin , comfortably my favorite station at the minute.

Any station that offers you the chance to belt out Eton Rifles to the strains of The Jam when youre stuck in traffic has my vote.

All of the above have either had a change of host or have announced changes for the future.
