Early doors but think it will be a very difficult season for Bolton, 2nd season syndrome may catch out Burton (hope not) not sure about others, but don't expect Brentford to stay down there very long.

23 - Blackburn - 5pts
24 - Cardiff - 5pts

Not all doom and gloom for Bolton but the three teams who went down were all in the mix at this stage last season and all three had at least 3pts more. Birmingham can probably pull clear if they find a stable manager but I don't think Brentford's climb up the table is as certain as everyone thinks. You can't afford to remain static at this level if you want to avoid a relegation battle and they're definitely weaker than last season.

Burton continue to surprise.

All guesswork this early into the season.

That would be why we were top 6 15 games into last season and had a top 4 run of form at the end of the season.

Nah, Cardiff away was the 12th game funnily enough and that's where it all went to shit. We scraped a win against an awful Blackburn side in the 90th minute a few games on from that and then went on an awful run.

And many of the performances before Cardiff away were less than convincing.

And you are still ignoring that we went on a run that was playoff form at the end of the season.
