Haven't lost since 2nd of December and scored in every league game since 26th September aswell but this a derby game and theres every chance we may try and over play and don't perform so Paul Warne is right with his pre match comments that we just have to treat is as a normal game. If we do perform like we have done recently then theres only 1 winner but thats down to us.

Predicted line up:

Rodak
Emmanuel, Ajayi, Wood, Mattock
Forde, Vaulks, Towell, Newell
Ball
Smith

My match prediction in sold out crowd is we might start edgy in the first half and grow into the game 2nd and pinch a couple of late goals but we shall see owt could happen really. Should be a great atmosphere aswell tomorrow really looking forward to it.

Given that we have absolutely no idea how we will set up as Fergie can't help but mess around. If he decides to go with a diamond you will murder us, if he decides to go 3-5-2 you will be comfortable winners, if he actually plays a team similar to last week we stand a chance of not being embarrassed. I'm expecting a loss but hoping we set up right and the fact it's a full house derby and over confidence plays it's part.

More than 100 police officers on duty for todays game including armed police, german sheppards and horses.

They must think it's West Ham v Millwall, i find a bit of an overkill especially with armed police are they expecting football fans to walk around with machine weapons.

Agreed total overkill for a few acne riddled stone island wearing pipe cleaner armed 13-18 year old tosspots. It seems as though SYP are hoping for it to kickoff

This is what I wrote in the general match thread (hadn’t seen this one)

Very tight game today. Donny did a good job in the first half doing unto us as we do to those who play against us, and although it was a defensive error that led to their goal, it was a quality finish by Marquis. Second half we were much the stronger team and thoroughly outplayed them without being able to make the breakthrough. The equaliser was deserved and I think most of us were gratefully accepting the draw when the Donny keeper needlessly upended Smith for us to score with what was literally the last kick of the game, and I went absolutely apeshit.

For anyone who wasn’t there, the 12 minutes added time was due largely to a serious incident where two Donny players collided with each other and one of them went to hospital.

Yesterday summed our season up losing 2 players to serious injuries again and then losing concentration in injury time throwing 3 points away, not the first time this has happened. With respect to the game it was a typical derby, not a lot of good football on display except Marquis’ finish. Not a great deal between the sides, yes the Millers had more of the ball second half but did little with it, two lapses of concentration lost us the game. We move on still need 12 more points for safety.

Shambles of a day all round. Given a dispersal order within 30 seconds of getting off the train for no legitimate reason. Got a taxi back to Rotherham as soon as we landed back in Donny.
Left after 80 minutes as it was obvious what was going to happen.

Is it correct that Doncaster have conceded more goals in injury time than any other side in the 4 divisions?

I reckon it's because they play more injury time than anyone else due to the time wasting, it took Coppinger a full minute to walk off after he was subbed for instance.

I realise this week there was two lengthy delays for the injured players but the time wasting was laughable and the ref didn't do anything about!

We take no longer than any other side that’s leading, as to us conceding in injury time I make that 12 points dropped now.

Fans moaning about time wasting by the opposition while their team are losing are hypocrites or idiots. Especially when at home and trailing. If you think your team, every team, doesn’t do it. Look again and pay attention.

Fair enough comment beaufighter. Hypocrites is a bit strong though, let's say very biased?
Like you say all teams do it, we were accused of it at Scunthorpe, probably cos we was, but it always looks worse when it's done against your own team dunnit?

You are right, but sometimes I like strong words.
