Infuriatingly, all the promotion contenders have pretty gentle games today, so yet again only a win will be good enough for us unless we are definitively going to sack off all hopes of 2nd.

I think Shrews’ return ticket to the basement could be sealed if they lose and the Gas win (obvs the latter is never a safe bet though).

That said, if Burton win and the Gas lose, Brovers could actually head into the drop zone. I don’t see it happening though.

Rovers probably favourites seeing as we played tonight and they didn't. Hope we can attack like in the second half tonight, be happy with a point

If Wrexham could please win on Saturday so we don't win the league while we're not playing that would be grand. Ta bab x

Lets hope we turn up away from home. Since losing to the Slops away in January, I think we've only lost 1 away game since.

Still cautious of Wycombe grinding wins out. Sign of a good team.

Rovers away… for the first time since 09/10, missing a league game against them up at the Mem. Just cannot justify standing in that god awful away terrace watching us play long balls to 5ft 4 Sonny Cox.

Would take a point though.

We have to win all of ours now and Bristol lose all of thirs, and hope the others in the relegation zone don't get sufficient points. It'll be confirmed Saturday that we're down. Improved first half performance last night but defensive errors and poor finishing let us down again

I dont think Cambridge and Crawley will be far behind Shrewsbury in sealing relegation.

Strangely we are set to record our highest finish for 6 or seven seasons (glass half full type of guy) with our worst defensive performance in 50 years (glass half empty).

Orient were miles too strong for us in the reverse fixture and I can't see anything to make a difference this time. Knowing Crawley, we will be given a bit of hope before having it snatched away.

We’ve had a lot of injuries and picked up a few more on Tuesday - we’ve gone into the second half of the season with 5 centre half’s and thank god we did because all of them have been picking up injuries all the time.

This will end up in another free scoring game IMO like it did on Tuesday, which we was lucky to win. Can see another 3-2 with the way both sides are right now.

Dan Agyei was rested Tuesday, so I’d expect him to come back in.

Hoping Charlie Kelman can keep scoring though and get the golden boot.

Reading at home, tricky one and we’re crap at home recently. Probably be a bit after the lord mayors show I’d imagine.

The battle of the former players at The Abbey, although it sounds like not everyone will be present on the pitch.

Expecting a full blooded affair, anything less than Jones and Harris having a bare knuckle boxing match in the centre circle will be disappointing.

Bit of an anticlimax winning the league when we’re not playing but that late Wycombe goal is bantz so I’m happy to have the chance at winning two trophies in 2 days instead.

Interesting selection, Magennis is injured and 87 year old Kev McDonald in midfield.
Oh well, probably want a local game next season

Well didn't see that coming. Rovers came out of the blocks then hit by a sucker punch then we seemed to dominate. Niskanen running the show which says all you need to know about Rovers.

You'd assume this was two sides in the relegation zone based on how this match has gone.

Held on there. Rovers gave it a go, can't fault them for that.
Definitely safe now

Proper shithousing by Exeter from the 20th minute and the officials too weak to control it.
2nd goal came from an Exeter player falling over untouched and the lino gives them a free kick.
Then the keeper gets cramp 3 mins into the 2nd half so they can regroup have a team chat and change formation.
Having said that we gave them the opportunity to do it all game. Defence is shit and we have nothing up top without Omochere and Martin.
Hello Swindon and Cheltenham, possibly FGR. How depressing..
