Stevenage vs Notts

The two best in form teams meet at Broadhall way, in what could be a brilliant game. Notts got a surprise win last night against Plymouth, and have really turned the corner under Nolan with our long ball approach being difficult to play against. I would be delighted with a point, I would really love a top half finish and if we played like we have in recent weeks then it's possible, but our immediate danger is to get clear of the relegation zone, a point would be a bonus after the week we've had so far.

expect to lose this but last night's win has made it a bonus game anyway - hopefully we can get Big Shola rolling and grind out a shameless draw or something.

O'Connor's suspended which is a hefty blow (who'd have thought that given how wank he was under Sheridan) - big game for Thompson to slot in alongside Milsom.

After Tuesday's game anything here would be a huge bonus, the difference to this game than normal against Stevenage is both sides will be playing similar football styles.
Could well be a high scoring affair, I'm going for a 3-2 defeat but would love a point.

Bit of a reality check but I don't think we were that bad, quite a few chances went to waste at 1-0.

Stevenage were great, best opposition team I've seen since we got relegated.

Still expect us to have plenty to be safe but it doesn't say a lot for the prospects of this team beyond the summer.
