Have we? When?

We've played down our last two seasons in L1, as they were mainly about solidifying our L1 status. Turns out we were garbage all season (league form), and we were only 4 points shy of the play-offs.

The fact the budget will be at least £1m higher next season will give any group of supporters a confidence boost, not just ours.

I thought Bradford would make the playoffs this season looking at their squad. Wouldn't be surprised if they look strong again...which of course isn't relevant until a ball is kicked.

By all accounts, Parkinson and his team are all already on 'healthy' contracts - so in terms of finances, I should imagine we would be able to attract someone with decent calibre.

So McLean has gone. We haven't paid him up in full so this will free up a good chunk of budget for a couple more decent players. No real rumours yet but parky usually goes about his business quietly.
