Big game for us this, as the team below us go up against the team above us.

Here's hoping for a nice tense local derby with tempers flaring up, both teams having key players sent off for violent conduct, 15 minutes of injury time and a 0-0 draw at the end.

Failing that I'd take a 12-0 win for Plymouth with Exeter ending on nine men.

Seriously though it's so the police can charge us each both more than the total match revenue every time we play. They then like to kettle us for an hour after the final whistle in case the Cornish want to take us for a dance in the park...

If we open the temp seating the plod will charge us lots of £££ for drafting officers in from outside the area. Discussions still ongoing but expecting the club to say nothing about opening the seating up.

Not usually a fixture which I can get excited about but this must be the biggest derby game I have experienced. Nice to see that you have sold more than your usual 900 tickets, makes for a cracking spectacle! 2-0 Argyle, Taylor and Kennedy to open their accounts!

Yeah I don't know how I'd cope not experiencing the beautiful local area, with its highly intelligent inhabitants coming out in force.

It's a moot point anyway as you're bound to bottle it once again, but at least you can still then call yourselves a 'big club' in L2.

The atmosphere wilts under the glare of those 3,500 empty seats, the players feel like nobody cares and stop caring themselves, 0-0 wham bam thank you mam.

Not totally true it would now appear. Some "guests" of the Community Trust will be in the temporary seating, presumably mostly children from DJM league or wherever, so Tisdale can be screamed at by high pitched voices (a cunning plan I think). You are right however, we are not covering ourselves in glory at the moment both in terms of organisational ability, and communication of what is or is not happening. The right and left hand do not appear to be meeting in the middle. The issue does not seem to be at the coalface as the ticketing staff have always been very helpful and efficient.

Argyle have been warm weather training in Marbella in preparation for this game, so obviously Adams and the board view this as extremely important game, even so; win, lose or draw this game I still think we will get automatic promotion. In the past few seasons a loss in a game like this could affect us psychologically and send us on a downwards spiral. But this year we've got so much quality and depth in our squad I can't see that happening.

My prediction though has to be: Argyle 1 - 2 Exeter

Exeters run atm reminds me a lot of Northampton's last season, they will definitely get top 3 but I am confident Argyle will as well.

The training week in Spain was to integrate the 5 new players into the squad and prepare for the now 18 game run-in, it was due to happen a little while ago but the Liverpool games and then late transfer activity have put it back, it's not been to just prepare for the Exeter game!

Some impressive recent stats from Exeter to be fair, winning 7 games in a row coming into the game and only conceding 2 goals this year! arguably makes Argyle the underdogs. However I'm pretty sure we'll not roll over either, our new attacking players are going to give Exeter a lot to think about at the back adding well to a squad that was already in 2nd in the league, we're no muppets.

Could get really interesting in the run-in and into next season if Exeter can push on into the top 3 with us and maintain it.

Sounds like that's all the automatic promotion places tied up for this season then. Now that's settled it's time for the rest of us to ease off and focus on keeping players fit should we be lucky enough to make the play-offs.

I think it could be a low-scoring cagey affair depending on how pressurised we are from our own fans to push on leaving ourselves vulnerable.

I'd actually prefer to be the away side I think both teams are very good at sitting and defending with quality on the counter, Watkins and Wheeler as a combination on the counter attack are the players I'm concerned about from an Argyle point of view as they've shown time and time again over the last couple of months. The inclusion or not of Watkins in the starting line-up I see as quite a big factor to how the game plays out, that and who scores the first goal will decide it in my opinion.
