No hat thread?

Anywho, I have decided to invest in a cowboy hat for the summer. My recent viewings of western films coupled with the fact I am starting to lose my hair and I want to look badass like Raylan has pushed me in this direction.

Obviously I am the proud owner of a flat cap, but I feel a change is in order.

I am undecided on the Sedona style.

Or the Stetson.

Sedona's seem to be a bit cheaper generally, and not as extravagant as the Stetson.

Anyone wear a hat? what's your favourite style? I was also gonna invest in a Soviet Ushanka for next winter.

In closing, look at this bellend.

I'd go for the Sedona personally. It's more of "villain " or badass hat imvho.
I also like hats, flat caps or trilbys are my favourite but I have been known to sport a Panama if the weather is particularly nice or I'm feeling sassy.

A friend of mine has challenged me to wear a hat for a month. He said I could never do it. I'm worried though as I've looked online and the array of hats on offer is bewildering. Can anyone who wears hats give me some advice?

This one is a delight. A bit silly but who doesn't need a bit of harmless wackiness in their life?

Hats are a very sore subject for me and I would thank the moderating team if they would delete this thread post haste. Thanks.

I'm not particularly a fan of novelty hats if I'm honest. I believe a hat ought to serve a practical purpose first and foremost.

I'm on my third Jaxon Indiana Jones style hat for foreign travel (one blown away, one left at a hotel). I have the beard for it and it makes me easy to find at airports. It's excellent in all weathers except windy but not popular with whoever is sitting/standing behind when seeking views of wildlife or at sporting venues.

I did get a flat black cap as a tribute to Wembley bound manager Jimmy Quinn but that dalliance was short lived.

My hat of choice for most occasions is black and warms the ears.

Although occasionally I have been more adventurous in the colour scheme

The suggestion has been made, along with references to Uncle Albert. As I walked through the market in Marrakesh a couple of years back, the cries of Ali Baba followed me where ever I turned.

Imagine paying 4 years wages for a 2nd row seat and being stuck behind him. He's already 6ft 5in and now this. The Cubs could get him in to block the view from the Wrigley Rooftops.
