Next year's forum awards are obviously a long way off still.. but I just wanted to let everyone know now that I'll be adding these three awards, that way people can start nominating things for them right away instead of waiting till voting opens in April and some quality banter has been forgotten.
Thread of the season used to be a thing on the old forum, but because we only had a few months of posts season, and a lot of new members, it didn't seem appropriate last season... however this season it will be back with a couple of friends.
If you want to provisionally nominate something then just send me a private message and we'll review at the end of the season and see if we need to cut the list down. You can nominate as much as you like for each award, but if we get a lot of nominations then one way to make the list a little more manageable might be to limit people to one nomination each (you can't nominate yourself).
Thread of the season - for an overall thread (can be anything, a match-thread, a general thread, a joke... whatever
Post of the season - an award for a single post... in any thread on this forum
Gaffe of the season - for Kenny End (basically for someone saying something later proven to be talking out their arse)
