Luton just announced Brendan Galloway from Everton.

Another one like McManaman where there is clearly talent there but they haven't done an awful lot recently. In both cases they have worked with
Jones elsewhere so hopefully can get the best out of them.

Squad starting to come together now. Think we need a keeper, centre half and a forward and we'll be done. Maybe two forwards if LuaLua doesnt re-sign.

Think it's a way to bypass FFP, we did the same with loaning Afobe to Stoke last summer and they had an obligation to buy him in Jan.

Wasn’t that because of the weird window in the Championship where you can’t buy players after the PL window closes but you can loan them?

I rated him a few years back but seems to have potted around a bit, never setting the division on fire.

I have heard rumours between 4-6 million for him. He is a good player, he will beat a man and try something. He will work very hard for you as well. However he over complicates things and will end up slowing down a counter attack by holding the ball for too long.

He got the most assists for us, but that is to be expected as he took all corners, free kicks and played every game. I am not convinced he'll cut it in the Prem but I hope he does.

I suppose it's not really a gamble or a lot of money for a prem club, I believe we got 3m from che Adams going to saints so it's a freebie almost. I hope wilder Carrys on going for good or young championship players though hoping they can prove themselves.

Not PL quality I wouldn't say, but then Wilder does tend to do a great job elevating players.

Some of our fans didn't rate him even at this level. Thought that was harsh, always looked a good Championship player in there and he's proven that at QPR, he just lost confidence after a slow start when we got promoted. But it's a pretty underwhelming signing for a promoted club I'd suggest.

Good left foot and great set-piece delivery, but has a tendency to run down cul-de-sacs and doesn't have enough goals to his game for an attacking midfielder

Paul coutts ended up at Fleetwood and cranie at Luton, I'm surprised no one in this league went for coutts. Cranie was exceptional every time he stepped in for us so you Luton lot should be more than happy.

I was Freeman’s biggest fan. He shouldn’t have been let go I said when we did sell him and I was proved right as he was outstanding at QPR. He’ll do well in Duffy’s role, I won’t be surprised if you’ve erased the game from your memory but he was taking the piss out of your lot at BL when we won 2-1 on the opening day.

I’ve adopted that approach in the last few years as well, get a better perspective watching other players on televised games than against us.

He isn’t bad but 10m for a striker we players 5m for and has scored about 25 in 2 seasons would be okay I think.

Trying to work out what system the new manager is going to play. Last year we played a narrow diamond with the full backs pushed aggressively high up the pitch at every opportunity, from what I have read that doesn't really sound like Cranie so I'm wondering if we might see a shift to a back 3?
