Hughes says he's going to freshen things up a little bit for Colchester. Last time he did that we went and lost 3-0 to...Colchester.

I'd keep the same team to be honest, with the only change possibly coming in the form of Young for Angol. Colchester seemed to be incredibly poor against Stockport and haven't won yet and we don't tend to fare too well against them in recent years and it's ma birthday the day after so I'm going for a loss because that's how it works. 3-1 Colchester lols.

Can’t see him making wholesale changes.

Oliver might start ahead of Cook and Young for Angol.

Can’t see Smallwood and Gilliead being dropped, nor can I see us making changes in defence.

I don't think he'll make any changes to defence or midfield either. You could be right with him opting for Oliver instead of Cook. Also, Kian Harratt is available again for selection? Wonder if we'll see him tomorrow.

Might not actually be a bad thing if we go for Oliver. Launch plenty of balls into the box against poppadom hands and we'll get some joy, I reckon.

Sutton at home for us, like lur last home game vs Harrogate it's our first ever meeting and I know nothing about them.

Worried after the beating we took at Salford but that wasn't helped by playing most of the game with 10 men.

Really hoping Mcdonald is back fit to play at centre back he's looked solid something that can't be said about Sass-Davies. Baker-Richardson will come in for the suspended Sambou which isn't really a miss.

Crewe 1-0 Sutton (Agyei) 3,644 (120 Sutton)

Are Walsall any good or have they just played crap teams so far?

Prediction: Barrow P-P Walsall (waterlogged pitch)

Orient at home. I suspect all will be Wellens for the East Londoners.

We’ve not really got going yet tbh. 6/10, 6/10 and 5/10 for our performances so far. If that doesn’t change we’re perfectly beatable.

We're on 2/10, 3.5/10, 4/10 so if ours don't change we'll get a hiding. I didn't see the Carlisle game but they missed a hat trick of open goals apparently so that doesn't bode well if we can't defend properly.

Tomorrow feels like it’ll be a better barometer of exactly where we’re at. An unfit side away at 100% Orient is our only defeat, reffed out of a win v Northampton but stole a win against winless Rochdale.

It screams ‘mid table’ to me but there’s still an outside chance we’re pretty good, looking at Carlisles previous results it’s bound to be a low scoring one

Hopefully we have a bit of fire in our bellies after the way we were robbed of a point on Saturday. However, I don't think a point would be a bad one and it would maintain our solid-ish start. Four points from these successive home games would be fantastic.

You’ll soon know all about our non league cloggers. Hoof ball, constant fouling including elbows and shirt pulling, no quality, run a lot. Maybe a begrudging ‘organised’ in the more positive box. Won’t be travelling so will watch on ifollow. Can’t be spending money travelling to watch our shower of sh1t. Enjoy the game

Jury is still out. We look super solid defensively and have a clinical striker, we just haven't been dominant in games since the opening day. We like to let the opposition have the ball and try to press them and win it high.

Glad to see you're enjoying what is surely the best team in your history? :dk:

We're at Doncaster. Couldn't give any indicator really, I still don't know this league very well. Barrow weren't great but were clinical, Colchester were rank bad. Theoretically they're going to be the best team we've faced so far.

Harrogate at home for us. Don't believe the two sides have ever met, and I don't know much about them at all.

I think there will be quite a reaction if we don't get the points though, we haven't started too cleverly and could really do with another maximum at home.

O'Keefe was back in the squad at the weekend which is great news, plus today's addition of Adelukan giving the forward line a boost, imagine he'll be in the squad in place of Joe Gbode but I doubt he will start. Couple of changes for me in defence and midfield, but nothing too over-dramatic in response to the loss at Tranmere.

Morris
Alexander - Wright - Baggott - Law
Williams - O'Keefe
Green - Reeves - Kashket
Mandron

Turner, Ehmer, Tutonda, Lee, Adelukan, MacDonald, Walker

2-0 GFC

We’ve had one good 45 minutes so far our only saving grace is we don’t stop until the final whistle has all 4 goals have come at the end of the match.
Just looking over £18,000 has been bet on our match on betfair exchange mainly on Stockport, over £12,000 more than any other League 2 fixture. If I were a conspiracy theorist I’d think that was a bit dodgy

Would expect one or two changes for the game at Swindon, Ogie will likely come in for Happe at CB because Happe probably can't play two games in a week yet.

Paul Smyth will also likely be rotated as he we need to manage his minutes due to his injury record. Expect Ruel Sotirou to start in place of him.

Unless there are any fresh injurys I'd expect those to be the only changes.

We have ground out all 3 wins so far and we've shown our quality in patches. We have to drop points and let some goals in at some point though.

Any reason Swindon don't do pay on the day anymore? Last two visits this year its been all ticket for away fans, probably police advise for all away fans to buy in advance?

Grimsby away.

After Swindon let us off the hook Saturday by failing to test our patched up defence, away from home I’d expect Grimsby to really put it on us. Whether our physically weak inexperienced defence can cope is the question and I have my doubts.

The positive thing is we’ve created chances in every game so far. Unfortunately we’ve wasted most of them. If we get chances at Grimsby we’ll need to take them as it’s a tough ask for our depleted defence to keep things tight.

Witt our dreadful away record continuing from last season coupled with our defensive injuries, I just can’t see beyond a straight forward home win.

Grimsby 2-0 Carlisle

Will Crawley have a shot on target v Northampton?

3 league games, four shots on target!

Funnily enough a couple of a better attempt were off target and one of our poorest attempts was on. You have to be careful with stats.

Bit of a centre back injury crisis here at the moment. Might see a back four because of it. Whatever I don't predict an interesting game either way.

Tongue firmly in cheek. Just regurgitating comments we get

This group are awesome, we’re massively over achieving and will again this season.

Phew! I was going to report you for re-education, haha!

I’m not too sure how tomorrow will go. As a rule I’m never comfortable in the last few minutes if we’re defending a lead, the last two league games are an example as to why. I also try to avoid predictions.

Mansfield played well in every game so far really, including the cup against Derby, but despite controlling the middle of the park and generally looking impressive our lack of clinical edge in the final third has resulted in three points on the board which probably should be 7. Orient goalkeeper had a worldie on Saturday, to be fair.

Injuries are already stacking up, Bowery, Hawkins and Akins are pretty much guaranteed starters and all were out Saturday not to mention Boateng coming off early due to a hamstring not sure if any will be back tomorrow.

Positive is at home we are very strong but we really need a player to actually score a goal from open play, would be handy.

Rovers away at Pools. 2 sides who've had a big turnover from las season and taking some time to gel. Bit of a gamble playing Turnbull for the last game before he was fully match-fit, which paid off. Hope he's available and an unchanged starting xi for this game. Draw most likely outcome.

Would agree with this Stevenage and Newport i would say will finish top half and we should really have had 6 points not 4 we look very strong at the back Midfield still concerns me a bit still seem to lack a bit of creativity and so far not a massive fan of Williams be glad when Wilkinson is back.

Tbh, that sounds like you for the past couple of seasons. Granted, I can only really comment on you at the CG, but dominating and losing seems to be a bit of a trait.

If you didn’t see the Carlisle game how are you able to rate the performance as a 4/10?

Absolutely fair question Dirk, I probably shouldn't have given it a rating really, I was basing it from people I had spoken to who had been at the game. It sounded like there are definite improvements but the defence and defending remains a concern.

Team needs tweaking. Reed is a liability atm - get Clayton in there. Williams hasn’t done much - get Darcy in there.

2 big pluses are Khan and Wakeling. Although Carlisle missed a few sitters Saturday, so did we.
