Just the five fixtures tomorrow evening.

Gillingham away:

GK: Harry Lewis

RB: Brad Halliday
CB: Matt Platt
CB: Sam Stubbs
LB: Liam Ridehalgh

CM: Adam Clayton
CM: Ritchie Smallwood
CM: Alex Gilliead

AM: Jamie Walker

ST: Andy Cook
ST: Dara Costelloe

Our away form is fantastic so it’s hard not to be confident going into this one. Our record at Gillingham is poor, but it really is a must win game if we have any aspirations of being successful this season.

1-0 City (Cook - 500 chickens)

Critchlow has to come in for Platt at some point, if he’s fit now I don’t know what we’re waiting for. Same goes for Scott Banks.

On the game, not massively confident but will optimistically go for a 1-0, a shame for us given when this game was originally due to be played Gillingham we’re in their couldn’t score spell.

We are top the form table over the past 8 games, having won 6 and drawn one.
The problem we have is Wimbledon gave us a bloody good kicking on Saturday. We had three taken off injured and some leggy looking players at the end of the game.
Don’t know yet what sort of side we can put out.
Result really could be anything.

If you could please now go into holiday mode and play the youth that would be much appreciated.

Sooner or later one of our managers will bite the bullet and play someone up top with Telford to give him a hand.

A couple of months ago I would be screaming for Francomb to play midfield but we let him leave because...well because of wagmi. We are so powder puff in midfield I can't believe it. Ben Gladwin is our strongest tackling midfielder! He's injured so very doubtful. The only other midfielder we have here who I haven't seen is Jack Spong. If he can tackle and track back I'd get him on but it's a bit much to ask a kid to do that role.

Tranmere will win if they turn up.

Harrogate away. Couple more off injured Saturday which takes us to 8 or 9 out I think. Could very much do with a win.

No chance we can relax yet, although our walking wounded from Wimbledon’s anti-football tactics might mean a few will be missing. Nichols and Dieng most probably, but Masterson and Hawkins were struggling as well by the end of Saturday’s game.

Any chance of Oliver playing?

Can't see it. Didn't make the bench against Doncaster so would assume he has picked up a knock or illness. If he's on the bench I'd expect maybe ten minutes toward the end.

Enjoy! If you could kindly take Southampton to extra time before dispatching them, I'd appreciate it. Your lads being knackered on Saturday would be a welcome bonus for us ;)
I’ll be staggered if we manage to take it to extra time but if we do I’ll definitely take it, even if it then means getting home closer to 4am than 3am.

Southampton will obviously be strong favourites, but it's the FA Cup - bizarre things can and do happen. I'm sure you'll be making yourselves heard, and the pressure is purely on them. Have fun, and make a racket. Anything else is a bonus!

You’re safe as houses now don’t worry.

No he may come on near the end, I do feel for him a bit we clearly don’t play to his strengths and usually only play one out and out striker. When you’re behind the joint top scorer it won’t be easy.

I imagine we’ll only have around 300 down there, hopefully they have something to cheer about.

300 is still great on a Tuesday night.

Hoping Vadine plays at some point as I’d like to show my appreciation for his efforts with us

Last time I came to yours was 2016 for a 1-1 draw, there were around 350 there on a very warm early September afternoon. I think our numbers have been decent this year so do expect similar to that day but 50 or so less. I imagine it’ll be expats mainly so the numbers shouldn’t be a million miles apart whether it’s a Saturday or Tuesday.

I’m more worried about the game, which I think we’ll lose.

If you can’t beat these goons you don’t deserve to go up. They were atrociously crap Saturday. Even their shithousing was by being clumsy rather than by design.

Rovers v Crawley. The win at Stevenage has almost secured our L2 status for another season, win the bulk of our remaining games and we’re in contention for a play off spot, but in reality most likely a contender for the Mid-Table Cup. While we’re back to our strongest defence with veteran keeper Joe Murphy being MoM on his return, not making much impact at the other end of the park. Only one goal, a penalty, in the last 3 games, while Kieron Morris who got our last goal in open play is out injured. Don’t see that goal threat improving greatly, though it will be interesting to see if Newcastle loanee Jay Turner-Cooke fares better in a game where he’s able to attack more, while window striker Harvey Saunders’ endeavour should earn him a goal sooner or later. Crawley should probably be doing better with the players they’ve got and once in a while things seem to click for them, hopefully not tonight.Poor ticket sales and a small travelling support means the crowd at Prenton Park likely to dip below 5k for the first time in a league game since our return to the FL.

They’ve just announced the terrace behind the goal is shut due to emergency building work. How can a bus shelter have any structural issues?

My first visit to Gillingham tonight. Hopefully it doesn't rain for obvious reasons.

As for the game, it's definitely not going to be high scoring. 1-0 either way probably.

Any advice on parking gills fans?

You’ll be in the covered side so no need to worry about rain tonight

This is a good bet for parking, the temple is about a five minute walk from the away end (if that)

On our website it states only tickets for the uncovered stand are available. Maybe we’ve sold out the side stand, but either way those paying on the day good luck!

Club have said just over 300 sold so far, can’t imagine too many POTD but I guess some travelling from London etc won’t have bothered getting a ticket yet.

Away to Harrogate, we are a better team on the road than at home so this is one we have to be winning, especially considering there recent awful form. As Eric mentioned we do have an ever growing injury list, at least 8 out now, as long we can field two natural CB's though then we should be able to piece the rest of the team together. A scrappy 2-1 win for the Teyn I hope.

Are you sure that bit definitely holds 300? Because I spoke to a few Town fans who were there on time the other week and all that messing about you saw was because there weren't enough seats for us apparently.
