Means I can see the Coventry game.:2thumb:

Also, it appears Coventry are the current go to team for Sky.

It’s probably Sunderland rather than Coventry to be fair.

Wonder if we'll get on TV - think we had one game last year?

Barnsley v Luton 13th October selected for Sky.

Subject to international call ups, Luton only have Luke Gambin for Malta*, any danger of enough Barnsley players getting called up to cancel the game?

*And Gambin's just been sent to Crawley on loan anyway

Adam Davies has been called for the next Wales squad and Kenny Dougall got his first Australia call up this week. Other than that I don’t think any other players are in their respective country’s immediate plans.

On a similar note, how many Irishmen have we now got in our squad? 6? There will be a fair amount of craic going around the dressing room.

I haven’t really kept up to date with what’s going on with Coventry (although I still thank them from liberating us from the bugry pests) - but don’t they still have a lot of stayaway fans due to the ownership?

If so, it makes absolute sense for them to be picked, as the stayaways may watch if they aren’t directly putting money into the owners’ pockets (since the TV game cash has already been agreed).

We haven’t got a hope in hell of getting a TV game this season unless it’s a sort of David v Goliath things vs. Sunderland.

It makes perfect sense for Sky then.

Still a few who continue to stay away from the Ricoh.

Funnily enough, Wasps crowds are down massively. The stadium was only half full for a game against 'local rivals' Leicester. Considering Leicester would have had a few thousand there, the initial bandwagon phase seems to be over.

Give it a year or so and they'll have smaller crowds than CCFC every week.

They've also added the biggest scoreboard in the country to the Ricoh. How they can afford that? I'll never know.
