We don't mean to take over the forum, but cut us a bit of slack after six months of utter misery. The last time we went five unbeaten was, well, under Tony Blair. Not that he managed us, he couldn't manage a fuck up in a brothel, but times have been unkind and now we have the chance of avoiding relegation from the fourth division.


Yes, that's what it's come to. It's a humble achievement if we manage it.

Yeah, Hartlepool had started the season horrendously, we beat them December but were pretty fortunate on the day. I made a point of backing them in the next couple of matches as there odds were pretty big, I seem to remember them losing to Carlisle 3 or 4 nil so stopped backing them, the following week they turned Sheffield United over 3-2, couldn't believe it!

From memory following that result they went on a bit of unbeaten run but then couldn't buy a win until they were relegated.

I reckon Ronnie will show you a bit of loyalty, even if he does find himself in demand. Just seems like that kind of guy.

Moore has transformed a bunch of no hopers,with no backbone,into a solid unit who fight for everything.Amazing really.
Just watched the Newport highlights & we give as good as we got.Normally we'd have buckled and get beat 3or 4 .

I don't think Moore will get you promoted next season if that's what you're getting at. If you keep him over the summer I think a solid 10th-14th finish would be about where you'd end up next season. Im sure you'd take it after the shite you've had to endure for most of this season.

Yeah.Makes me laugh when teams boot you all over,then go down like a sack of shit when you go near them.
Glad Harewood give Minshell a slap at the end of the game,pity it wasn't harder.
