Relatively confident in us winning this If we play the way we did at Arsenal, 2-0.

The game's a sell out - as probably all our home games will be this season - and as Lawro has predicted a 0-2 loss I'm picking a 3-1 home win.

I think it's against the law for Lawro to predict West Ham to do well as in the history of football he's never predicted us to win.

Merson has predicted a Leicester win as well. He's well proud of himself for backing us to stay up last season though.
The commentary reckon Vardy was unlucky to get a booking for that foul on Adrian because he was entitled to go for it, but personally I think he looks like he's tried to do him there, either that or he's tried to block a clearance rather than win the first touch.

Mahrez gets his 3rd of the season, good play from Okazaki and Albrighton in the build up.

How the fuck Schmeical has got away with that I don't quite know, but the refs been a bit blind this half for even simple goal kicks/corners.

Adrian sent off in injury time. Looked ridiculous at first, he's gone up for a corner and it's a pure accident as he goes for the ball. The foot is high, it is dangerous but it's totally unintentional. Refs had a blinder at times for Leicester today really on some big decisions.

Though sending the keeper off 2 minutes into 3 minutes of injury tie isn't really a game changer.

Wasn't even a booking never mind a sending off, it should be rescinded though, Oxford clearly shouldn't have started today and he was never in the game, we need an Austin to play alongside Sakho as Maiga clearly isn't cutting it.

Well, that didn't go as planned.
Edit: Just watched the game and the man in charge of the whistle badly needs a refresher course on the rules of football, and also a visit to specsavers....,., a complete joke of a referee!

It's definitely a booking. He's gone studs first at chest height, that's dangerous play. Obviously no intent so red looks overboard. However I wouldn't be surprised if an appeal got ignored. Bilic seemed pretty resigned to it by admitting it's dangerous, which probably doesn't help your case much if you do appeal. Bilic is always a good interview.

Does this mean Randolph will be playing against us next week?

Only scored the 12 goals in two games against him last season

Not sure if intention is that important in those situations. If Adrian doesn't get sent off it just sends the wrong message. Intention or not, Adrian had his studs in the guy's chest.
Ref got the Schmeichel one wrong though.

Not good in the least, shouldn't have started and he didn't look at all comfortable, I suppose it could be down to him getting his GCSE results on Thursday.

Would have been hard to drop him after the Arsenal game, and while I can see the virtue in not wanting to change a winning team, thought we'd have been better served not playing 3 primarily defensive central midfielders from the start at home. Still opening day win at Arsenal followed up by this, the West Ham of old I know and love.

No complaints about Adrian's red card (and the supposed chasing of Green doesn't smack of a lot of temp-confidence in Randolph) though it was obviously accidental but that can't be a get-out-of-jail card. I see we've done the Chelsea thing and appeal something that was correctly officiated, but it wouldn't surprise me if Bilic doesn't have the powers-that-be under the thumb and we get a frivolous upping.
