I'm going to tempt fate and say a 3-1 home win.

West Ham a goal down at home - not going to keep their bizarre start running are they?

Sounded like a decent performance. Disappointed to have conceded so late but I'd have taken a point before the game.

We seem to waste so many chances, could have been 3-0 up before they scored. But then after the equaliser, Ruddy kept us in it at times. Guess a draw was the fair result?

Just nice to see us competing and games being entertaining. Infinitely better than the last season and a half we spent up here. Sure we concede loads but we score some too. A much more enjoyable way of getting relegated, if it goes that way.

We didn't play well at all and im very pleased with the point especially with it coming so late, was a decent game in the end.

We were only really on top during the last third of the 1st half and the last ten mins of the second, we were really poor otherwise, but thought overall a draw was a fair result even if we were lucky to get that last-gasp equaliser. Have yet to watch the goals again but we really do create a monkey for our backs with the defensive blunders though, gifting goals from terrible concentration from the back four and immediately put ourselves on the back foot.

I'm not convinced it's a home/away thing though, as all the teams we've played away have all been better teams on paper whereas the teams we've played at home are on paper a shade worse than us. This time we started with 2 DMs, rather than 3, and were better but still lacking it being able to grasp a game. Maybe Song can help with that, but either way were still doing well with him, Valencia and Ogbonna to return.

Ok well at least it wasn't the defence gifting a goal this week... it was Mark Noble. As good as he is, and he's he deserved club captain, when everyone is fit it's entirely likely he'll make way for Song to play alongside Kouyate.
