What away ends in the football league don’t offer alcohol pre game or at half time?!

We don't...

Due to small size of away end.

We probably do, but I can't confirm because an away fan has never been spotted at Priestfield

Well Pompey and Watford can go and take a running jump. Big clubs and they can’t even provide beers.

Nah mate. Thourougly enjoyed the day. It was warm and sunny and we lost but I like Priestfield. I’ve got a lot of time for Gillingham as my main men Chris Hope and Guy Ipoua went there and did the business. Guy Butters was a legend as well

Pre-match - generally yes unless there's a likelihood of trouble (MK and Portsmouth).

Half-time and full time - no.

Yeah, KingsMeadow is a poor away day but that strip club made up for it. Hope Barcham and Kennedy are doing the business.

The strip club is no more.

Barch is my current player of the season. Callum isn't a regular starter but generally does okay when he plays.

Oxford I think you can.

Better be able to. You lot are a big club and as such should be providing alcoholic refreshments. If Accrington Stanley can do it then every club should be able to do it. Life is about the sesh at times

Had a pint at Valley Parade so all good my little Bantam

You’re incredibly lucky, then.

For the first time this season for away fans, we allocated you the Midland Road blocks instead of the usual TL Dallas Stand. Had you been in the Dallas, you wouldn’t have had a beer. The Dallas has an open concourse, in plain view of the pitch - thus, NO alcohol is served in the Dallas.

Luckily, you brought a handful of fans, and it made sense to put you in blocks within a Stand already open to home fans, as opposed to opening a 5th Stand, with 1500+ empty seats.

They don't need a pint at VP. Social media has spread the word that we are now a good away day and visitors flock to North Parade. Rochdale fans recently spent a small fortune there.

I need a pint at half time if I’ve already started a sesh. Wish I could go back to how it was when I was younger.

Bristol Rovers- No pint there. Luckily I was hungover

This is wrong. This season we were in the TL Dallas stand behind the goal and no alcohol was served. We didn't bring that many as it was a tuesday night. Last season we brought a lot more on boxing day and some fans were placed in the other stand. Lance is most likely lying, I doubt he even goes to games.

You said we were placed in the side stand when we weren't, we were in the stand behind the goal.

No I didn’t.
I said for the first time this season for AWAY fans, Northampton were allocated the Midland Road as opposed to the Dallas.

.Disgusting if so.

Then be disgusted at your own club mate, no beer available in the away stand at any point on Saturday. 3 points just about makes up for it though.

You normally are able to but your fans were put in the corner as you didn’t bring many and we had kids in the away end. As that corner doesn’t have a concourse they can’t sell it.

I apologise mate. A scandalous decision. All that way and you can’t even have a wee swallow at half time. Congrats on the victory. A likeable club are Gillingham

I was bloody gasping as well having walked it from Althorpe station at rapid pace. Bloody mission of a walk both ways, walked back to the station in town after the game, not a single shop on the way to buy some tinnies. Boooooooo!
