What's your favourite type of Stella?

Right the options have changed over the years in the UK. Typically there used to be really one type of draught Stella.

Nowadays you have the following available to you:
- Stella Artois
- Stella Black
- Stella Cidre

For me it has to be Stella Artois. What you having?

They were glorious, I don't think they do them anymore, so it's a Rosie's Pig It isn't the same.

Better than fucking strongbow/carling cider in a pinch. Well, other than Strongbow Dark Fruits, that stuff is good. Obviously I'll take an Old Rosie over any of them.

I'd like a british expression lesson on that one (on the same levels of when people say "if I'm honest" which I find senseless).
Are you saying that you'd drink your own piss before drinking stella artois, meaning that you don't necessarily dislike the beer but find your internal drainage more pleasing down the throat? If not, what would be the difference between "I'd sooner" and "I'd rather"?

I actually had a couple of pints of Stella in Skeggy the other week actually Look Out There Are Llamas. First time I've had it in a while and it's safe to say the person I was with was fearful

As for PaulHaddock and JJH , they won't be able to handle such a drink

I remember taking a sip of my pal's stella many years ago and thought it was pretty nasty. At the time I wasnt a big fan of non spirit drinks in general, though.
