I nominate David Flitcroft. The guys inept. All the money we have spent to be below the likes of Rochdale and Port Vale. I hope we carry on losing until the c*** gets sacked!!!

I would seriously debate that, Strve Davis is the man who out thought Flitcroft back in September.

Flitcroft at Bury reminds me of the situation of Crewe. Yes DF got Bury promoted, but he had the biggest budget in the league and we had to rely on scraping through on the last day against already relegated Tranmere. We would have lost the play offs no question.

Apart from his promotion, which anybody could have managed with the money at hand, he has done nothing for the club and just because we are new to league one doesn't mean we should settle for shite. We have a top 8 budget in this league despite what our chairman claims.. We are in a dire position, the players aren't playing for him and he changes the team every fucking week for no reason.

We are going down, I've said it since the Gillingham game and nothing has changed my mind since

Steve Davis' league record since 1st January 2013 - P137 W39 D31 L67 GS142 GA 230 GD-88

That's just over 1 goal scored a game and about 1.6-1.7 goals conceded a game. That's a 28% win ratio and that's almost a 50% loss ratio right there. 91 other clubs in the Top 4 leagues would have sacked him by now. But not us, I can't believe how people can stick up for a failure like Davis but we have so many melts supporting this club they deserve a barrage of relegations to put their minds straight.

I'd snap your hand off for flitcroft. Swap ya

What's a manager?

Get yerselves a cockney wide boy as owner and you don't need a manager. One of those nodding dogs would do.

£3m budget this season, and looks like we'll finish know here near. But we can't say this, because he's taken us to Wembley twice and we beat Chelsea last year.

I don't think Harris is all that as a manager yet, but at least there are worse around.

It would be easy to say Davis given their league position, but Crewe have a minimal budget compared to how Bury have gambled financially therefore Flitcroft has to get my vote.

Davis has spent close to £300K on players just in transfer fees since he took the job, only Brad Inman (£100K) remains at the club and he's never hit his potential. He also chose to spend a chunk of our budget on loanees for two successive seasons. He's had money but has failed to use it wisely and his short-termist ethos has set us back years and caused many of our youth to never hit our potential. He's by far the worst manager in this division irrespective of low budget. I think his 3 year record speaks for itself!

Stop this fucking thread. Its Steve Davis for fucks sake. NOBODY can argue otherwise. What other professional manager says "If you take away the five goals they scored it was an even game" "We made FIVE mistakes and we got punished". Don't be fucking stupid.

So two defeats coming Bury's way in the space of four days later this month. First Oldham will end their poor home form by beating us 2-0 then Crewe will come to Giggle Lane and walk away with a 2-1 win having only had two shots on goal.

Steve Davis would be perfect for Bury considering he always sticks with the same team. Bury fans are crying out for DF to keep the same line up. Can we swap please??

We haven't won at Gigg Lane in 22 years, not happening.
