Taking the trip down with a car full this weekend and am hugely surprised that it isn't all ticket for notts fans.

Only been given 480 allocated with 100 already pre sold. Can easily see us taking 750.

First time playing the 'new wimbledon', new ground and on the back of a great performance and result against Luton on Saturday.

The away end will definitely need opening up to accommodate us.

Team I would like to see;

Carroll

Hewitt
Swerts
Hollis
Audel

Aborah
Noble
Thompson

Sneijders
McLeod
Burke

However,

I fully expect to see Amevor in place of Hewitt and stead in place of thompson

Predict a 3-1 win with our defence starting to look more competent each week now they are learning each other's play patterns.

We will be just too good for a hard working Wimbledon who I do have a soft spot for.

Looking forward to the game, any tips on good drinking holes Wimbledon fans?

There are bars at the ground, but it depends on how many of you and your away "history" if you are let in, AFC Wimbledon web site will let you know the day before the match.
As we are at home we will win 2-1, my mate Bayo to get both after withering runs from half way.

The closest pubs to Kingsmeadow have closed. The first of those caused caused despair - something about semi-clad ladies and pound coins in pint pots apparently :dk: Nearest pubs that now tend to be used are New Malden (Fountain or Watchtower) - approx 20 minute walk or 131 bus - or Kingston or Wimbledon.

If you're using our bars, there are 2. The first one you get to is the standard arrangement - sharpened elbows and scrum to get to the bar. The next one along has a queue, post office stylee. If the weather is fine, everyone mixes outside; if it's raining, the bars are rammed.

No prediction from me. Depends which Wimbledon team turns up ... and for which half.

GOALS. GOALS EVERYWHERE. 8-8 draw.

I'm also surprised it isn't all ticket, is Football Ground Guide right and the away allocation 600?

We don't do bore draws so I expect this will be a decent game, really looking forward to it.

Will be interesting to see if Carroll gets dropped, he's been less than his usual self. We also have a pretty much fit team for a change so god knows who will play in midfield or defence

This game will end up a 1 - 1 draw. If we could finish we might win but our failure up front and suspended striker will mean a draw.

This could well turn up embarrassing now if we don't bring big numbers.

My ticket came through the post, feels like its made out of tissue paper. Reminds me a bit of the Stevenage ones, but only more non league

Why are we saying we will take 700+? I wouldn't have imagined more than 550?
Is there a reason why we think that much?

We have alot of sadpies who will cream at a new ground. We also seem to have bigger numbers for games around the big smoke.

Still, 5/600 tops id have thought.

Anything between 600-800 I reckon.
Your right tho bugsy: a new ground and performances improving makes this game strangely one of the more appetising away days - let's be honest - the competition is absolutely dreadful.

You might like to wait until after you have had your arse kicked by AFC Wimbledon, to start dissing this league, you may be here for a great number of years !

Nah, the quality of away days is one of the few saving graces of relegation. League Two has got a great lack of shit, Northern industrial towns with nothing to do.

I think he meant this as a compliment in that Wimbledon away is one of the better away days compared to some.

Womblingking - I was referring to the away day experience of a notts fan this season. Apart from Pompey on good Friday they're no good away days to look forward to.

There are plenty of good away days imo. Orient is always good, York is decent, Cambridge and Oxford.... Daggers is alright if you don't spend most of it at Daggers

Notts County will always score goals with a front line of Jon Stead and Izale McLeod, but look leaky at the back as well. When we play well we can tear defences apart, alas that rarely seems to last for more than a half. I'll go for an away win or a high scoring draw.

Our bars will be open to County supporters tomorrow.

The club are recommending that those who are travelling by public transport allocate extra time due to the rugby. Twickenham is (I think) is on the same railway line as Kingston.

A couple of ales, lagers etc. Prices comparable with local pubs.
