Not to sure on this one, I would take a point now if offered.

As always looking forward to the ref watch for this game, a highlight of the week.

With Akinfenwa, Barcham, and Francombe all probably being out, this game is certainly going to be tricky! Would take a point definitely.

RefWatch; Ref for Pompey v Wombles TV game (played 28 times, 10 wins each, 8 draws) is Stuart Attwell, 33, from Nuneaton. Was youngest Prem ref ever at age of 25 in '08, but banished to FL in '12 after some high profile disasters (including Readings 'Phantom Goal'). Says he 'gets nervous before TV games'. C'mon Stuart, relax, look at your mum on Babestation every night, once the cameras start rolling she's very relaxed, in 'complete command of the middle', you might say. Granted, she's sucking off big black men, but still. Reffed Wombles 4 times, the 2-1 away loss to Hereford in '12; 1-1 draw v Barnet in '12 (3Y - the only bookings in the 4 games); 2-1 away loss to Bristol City in '14 in the JPT & the 4-0 hammering away to Daggers in April. Reffed Pompey 9 times (W1 D3 L5, average of 3Y in those games), most recently 1-0 loss to Shots a year ago in first round of the FA Cup. So in 13 games with him the record for both teams is W1 D4 L8. Great.
Attacking stats this season; Pompey 86 shots on target with 23 goals, high scoring rate; Wombles 83 shots with 24 goals, also high. Foul stats; Pompey conceded just 138 fouls - very low. Dirty Wombles have conceded 195 fouls (mostly with Akinfenwa's huge arse) - high, but not as high as dirty, dirty Mansfield's 225. Christ Mansfield, you're a disgrace to football, a disgrace, like Argentina in the 60s, or dirty Leeds in the 70s, or that dreadful team of the 80s whose name escapes me. Hates the scum - sent off 2 scums. Hates them. Top, top man. Home win % is 60% - high. In 37 games last season he has gave 95 Y & 4 R - low.
AnagramWatch; Stuart Attwell = Wet Slut Tart, La. U Sell Tart Twat.

Seems many of our lot are beginning to question whether we have finally turned the corner with a string of good summer signings, or we just had a good start and are slowly levelling back in to mediocrity.

If we can click back in to our early season form, then I see a comfortable home win. However, that seems like a long time ago now.

Until the manager can decide which forward is the best fit to suit his one up top formation, and find a midfield pairing to give us some creativity in the final third, if the Wombles come to play counter attacking defensive football, I predict a bore draw in front of the camera's.

For me, the biggest excitement tomorrow will be finding out if the sky cameraman braves the top of the South stand gantry, or bottle it, and go for the pitch side view which caused a twitter meltdown against Derby earlier in the season. 40+ mph winds, say pitch side wins.

0-0.

Happy with that. Maybe had the chances to nick it.

Just got home and must say fair play to wimbledon they should of beat us. We were really poor at creating chances and this is becoming a big worry at home. Wimbledon fans were very good to.

Pleased with the point.

Thought any chance we had of the win went when Ardley took off Azeez and replaced him with the overweight hat salesman.

Absolutely terrible game of football and a draw was fair. 4-4-2 didn't work but there's still plenty of time to get things right. We definitely need some creativity in the centre though as we're far too predictable and easy to play against at the moment.

Decent point that. Could have nicked it with a better final ball and a bit more composure but as neither keeper really made a save a draw was a fair result.

Thought we defended really well and Osborne had his best game for us so far. Something to build on and we are in a decent position in the league going into tough games at home to Wycombe and Dagenham followed by away to Orient.
At home to Dagenham is a tough game?
