Surprised no one has started this. Big game for both sides. Luton can push on or we can maintain our position. Happy with a draw. Think we have a few injuries that Adams has alluded to as we play seven games in 22 days.

Must win game for us really, looking at the table the next few really are make or break for us in terms of automatic promotion. Interesting that Jones has played down it being a "must win", I wonder if he is trying a different approach having been vocal in the past about us not doing enough in games where we have an opportunity to force ourselves into contention for things.

Our starting line-up could be interesting as Boletus has mentioned Adams has hinted at a couple of injuries that we don't know about yet which could be blows that affect our chances.

First goal could be decisive, take a draw tbh

Yup would take a draw with what seems a winnable home match on Tuesday vs Notts.

Though that said we do play better away from home and have ballsed up spectacularly in the 'winnable' games recently.

Think we've sold out our allocation so will be a good atmosphere.

Another big set of fixtures tomorrow!

We've got what looks like our most attacking line up of the season starting today.

Lumping on both teams to score then!

Stone wall pen as you will ever see not given there. Shocking decision.

Pretty even game really, after our goal I'm not sure what the plan was as we just conceded possession and territory, equaliser looked inevitable really. Have to say I'm not particularly impressed with us going forward, goal came off a quick counter attack but we look a bit clueless in terms of breaking them down through a spell of possession or passage of play. If we're to retake the lead I think it will have to be of a counter attack again.

Also have to stop giving away stupid fouls, so bloody unnecessary and allows cheap pressure to be given away.

Plymouth looked pretty happy to settle for a point that second half but we didn't have the guile to break them down really, bar a few crosses which were fizzed in that just evaded people. Pretty disappointing really, and somewhat an encapsulation of our season, promising but ultimately not quite good enough.

Very happy with and most of the results went our way or were neutral.

Was about to type thats seems it - we're not Automatically going anywhere. We're not good enough and just a little shy mentally and perhaps guile or that little something special it seems - but I'm not convinced everyone else is either. There's a lot of inconsistency and if we're as close to third as we are now after Exeter in mid March we could still pull it off with a very reasonable run in. Almost exclusively mid table sides that should have less to play for. Obv play off picture could change that - don't see relegation picture changing dramatically - but right now seems a great run in so who knows.

Thing is I do not trust us to go on a run even, or perhaps especially, against mid table sides. We are woefully inconsistent and fragile mentally when we have a chance to actually do things. It's frustrating because the talent is there in the squad and we are capable as the odd performance here and there has shown, but we aren't good enough to string it together.

Feels like we have been the ultimate tease this season being there or thereabouts but ultimately just on the outside looking in for the most part. Think today was my line in the sand though and I'll probably just be looking at the playoff picture than worrying about what Carlisle/Pompey are doing.

Thought that was a pretty decent game, big crowd always helps and Plymouth didn't just come to time waste from the outset. Luton had the better chances but Plymouth were probably worth a point overall. Obviously disappointing to have played the top two in the last two games, gone ahead both times and only come away with two points. Still time for things to change but it feels a top three spot is beyond Luton this season.

That said being in the playoffs would still represent a really good season as far as I'm concerned. After falling away in the last two seasons holding on to a playoff spot would be big progress. Also unlike the playoffs in the Conference seasons there won't be the same desperation and fear in these games. Might even be able to enjoy them a bit.

Bigger picture though- we've taken 8 points combined off Doncaster and Plymouth. 9/15 in February isn't disastrous by any means.

This season is going to be on a knife edge; 4 points behind with 13 games left. If the points deficit doesn't overtake the games to go, we're in with a chance. Looking at our games to go, I can see us getting around 81 points, so it'll probably go down to the last game of the season in that case. That said, I still think Portsmouth will take that 3rd spot. If they do, I'd make us favourites for the playoffs.

If you end up in the playoffs, I'd make you fourth favourites to win them.

Unless we're in them as well, in that case I'd make you third favourites to win them.

Yeah we dont win big games and having actually checked our record against top 7 opponents it isnt nearly as good as I thought it was and is actually quite poor latterly compared to others.

Stone wall pen as you will ever see not given there. Shocking decision.

Apparently the referee apologised to Nathan Jones at half time for not giving it. As there is no video replay facilities in the changing rooms that I am aware of that means he must have known at the time it was a blatant pen and still not given it which is just bizarre. It really was as blatant as you will see.

Although having said that, another ref could easily have sent off Jonathan Smith in the first half...
