I remember Oldham having a particularly bad defender called Kusunga or something.

Other than than the entire Carlisle team from 13-14 and the entire Crewe team from last season.

2013-14 - Tom Eaves (Shrewsbury)
Good shout with Eaves. He genuinely missed a 1 yard open goal against us for the sloppies a few years back. After about 20 minutes of donkey chants, he totally fell to pieces and the manager subbed him off. Comedy gold.

Missed a 90th minute one on one to give Shrewsbury an absolute shithouse victory at Gresty Road back in 2013-14. Then in the return game he spent more time on his arse than on his feet. He really should try another sport as he couldn't do anything with his feet whatsoever.

Seems that players who have super long throws are pretty rubbish at anything else!

The sad thing is that both Exodus and Jude Stirling have played for us!

What about Sam Muggleton?
He has a huge throw, how is he getting on at your place?

Let's just say he's not exactly disproving what I said in this thread a few posts back, although I feel that I can't be too hard on him as he's still just a kid.

In addition to those classic moments, Eaves also missed a 90th minute one on one at Molineux which would have robbed us a 1-0 win against Wolves on their promotion march. Instead of squaring the ball to Taylor in acres of space and an open goal, our hero played a perfect back pass to the keeper.

He didn't do too badly in his 12/13 spell with us, scoring a few goals. However that 13/14 season he thought he was too big time having signed a new contract at Bolton and was utterly hopeless. He was at Bury for a bit last season, not sure where he is now, probably doing his hair somewhere.

The stand out shocker against us that I can remember is a young keeper Luke Simpson for Accrington last season. He kicked the ball against Mangan in the first few minutes for our first goal, nearly did it again straight after, dropped everything that came in his box before running past the ball resulting in him pulling Mangan down to concede a penalty and get sent off before half time. If he hadn't been sent off I wouldn't have been surprised to see him subbed off he was that bad.
