Easter could be a problem
everybody off work, nice weather, people won't stay indoors

Perhaps the loss of a loved one is what it's going to take for most people to see sense.

We had div's queuing down the street for the chippy down the sea front yesterday, it's the sheer ignorance of the population that is gonna sky rocket infection and death rates in this country.

Oh and BTW what part of my post was not a good idea? The way things are going shops will be looted before they actually get to sell! We already know people are stealing breathing equipment from Italian hospitals.
Honestly the more people who get annoyed at my post the better, just post your rage on twitter and Instagram. My over the top, defeatist attutude might just help!
Finally I don't really care what you think, I care about our country and in most respects our world. TheEndIsNigh I have never in 20 years been annoyed with a fellow pie, but that flippant, generalised and condescending reply was not needed.

Apologies LEP, I obviously wasn’t clear enough because I was partially agreeing with you. It was the replies to your post which bothered me.

With our relative lack of preparation I think the UK is facing a big crisis, and there’s not going to be any football for quite a while.

Only need to look at Twitter to see people in parks, walking etc albeit most keeping their distance.

Seeing Harrogate's idiot MD talking about hand-outs....a week after signing for five figures a forward despite the postponement of football for the foreseeable makes me loathe elements of football.

Some clubs frankly deserve zero support. Harrogate Town being one of them.

Far better uses of public money frankly.

As at June 2019. Somehow I don't think John Still will have kept you in the black!
Our budget went down after relegation. And John Still is retiring. Not saying it will be easy, but this is a well run club with sensible owners.

Everyone has the right intentions to self isolate. Happy to adhere to no pub etc. So we invite some near neighbours across. All sat 2 metres apart. Few beers, wines later and we're all singing "Islands in the Stream" into the same microphone to pay our respects to Kenny.

Not good. We're social creatures.

Step 5 and 6 are regional. ie my team Long Eaton play in Midland Football League step 5. 4 divisions below NL.
Not to be confused with tier which starts at Premier league so we are tier 5

The only two realistic options are to finish the season whenever that may be possible or to void it completely. You can’t give teams titles, promotions or relegations based on where they are now.

yes you can... on a PPG basis. - but it all depends on what the Prem League does aswell - that will have an effect on the EFL and hence us. IF the prem doesn't relegate but lets 2 up for instance then that would mean the EFL would do the same - with the result being Barrow, Harrogate and Notts all going up (Notts because of Bury)

I don’t think you can, even when it’s as obvious as Liverpool.

PPG is a madness, the season is unfinished, it's void.

In the grand scheme of things though, football is irrelevant.
