No better feeling than a last minute goal, even if it’s just for a equaliser.

Is it, though? I might be generalising based on social media alone, but the sheer arrogance of their support is there for everyone to see.

Social media gives a skewed look at a fanbase. Particularly Facebook and Twitter.

We have deluded fans but so does every club. Go and look at @NottsCountyZone. I'd be shocked if a club with the fanbase the size of Bradford didn't have some absolute plums following them. The majority of Wrexham fans are still pinching themselves after being rescued from the doldrums after we'd been forgotten by most we've had 15 years of non league and nearly went bust several times you'll have to forgive us for being a bit giddy at the moment. Just hope you never have to experience that.

Stockport County.
I don't even cheer goals now. It will effect my equilibrium.

I just think Wrexham fans have been very, very uptight since coming up. I've noticed a change in them. Nothing a bit of Meditation and a few wins won't sort out.
We just seem uptight because we don't hate Wrexham as much as the rest of you do.

Potential for a really uninspiring draw there. I want United or Liverpool home or away. Of course be happy with any of the other big prem sides or Forest away.

If it has to be Exeter, Salford, Bradford etc I just hope we’re at home. Fingers crossed we all get decent ties except Salford. Hope they have to go to Peterborough.

It’s rare we go so long without playing Port Vale, genuinely can’t see any other outcome now I’ve seen they’re still in it :(

Trust me we don’t want that either. Hope we save our annual get together for the Pizza Trophy. In that I’m even happy for you to win, I’d encourage it in fact.

Tracey looks brilliant till he hits the final third. As Cambridge fans said, lacks significantly in end product and thats why he's in League Two.
Had to fight other teams off with a stick to sign him if Bell's comments post signing were true. God only knows why. Not impressed with him at all thus far, ten a penny L2 winger.

Disappointed to lose last night in such humilating fashion. Even scoring 1-2 makes it 100 times more respectable. To miss all 4 is pretty embarrassing, especially when 3 failed to even hit the target and make the keeper work. Disagree with those who say penalties are a lottery. A lottery is pot luck, you pick numbers and hope yours comes up. It requires no skill or practice. Penalties need mental and physical steel to stick it away after 90/120 tough minutes, often in front of expectant/hostile crowds, with often massive stakes. They couldn't be further from a lottery if you tried.

Well you don’t expect the FA Cup quarter finalists to bother too much with the first round of the Mickey Mouse EFL cup do you?
Lol I didn't realise what Adam was going on about until I saw your reply. Bless all this lot getting excited about the League Cup.

Regarding "crap draws", we made just shy of two mill off crap draw after crap draw last season and had an absolute whale of a time in the process. Can confirm it's still very fun taking L1, Championship and crap team Prems to the sword. In the proper cup at least, that is.

Interestingly we had practiced penalties for over a week in case according to Crosby. Odd though as had scored all against Sunderland and then didn't hit the target in 3 of 4 last night.

Super Connor Ripley in goals.

Enough to make anybody nervous.

Big talk from a lot in here considering you'll all be eagerly reactivating your Disney+ subscription in a few weeks to see the FAIRYTALE STORY unfold.

Why would anyone have ever cancelled it in the first place?

I am right in saying that @NottsCountyZone is just one person? Not a forum or messageboard?

You should've seen the LIMBS I gave it last night when I noticed on Twitter that we'd got a 90th minute equaliser against Burnley U21s in the Lancashire Cup final. Then I scrolled up and noticed we'd lost the penalty shootout. Couldn't sleep.

We are in Cumbria now - the club pre dates Cumbria coming into existence though so were originally Lancashire, therefore we've always been tied into the Lancs FA.

We’ll get Salford or Mansfield. Or maybe for a bit of glamour the winners of the Harrogate v Blackburn tie.

If you set low expectations you’ll never be disappointed
