Great to get a win at last! Not a brilliant performance from either side but glad we came out with 3 points in the end. Like Lincoln number 7 (Muldoon??) Pacey.tricky player. Although Rhead scored im not sure how he has managed to get so many goals. Didnt offer much

Reading the last two or so pages on here has changed my mind and I'm now looking forward to Arthur's red card being repealed.

Yep Muldoon is our no.7, sadly lacks a bit of end product but seems improving with everyone game unlike the rest of them at the mo.
Rhead had your defenders on toast back in September, they couldn't cope with him, sadly for us now most sides we play against double mark him but useless can't work out how to use the space this creates.
You say it wasn't a very good game but the players mostly got 7 and 8 out of 10 and Fyfield got a 9 for you guys in the NLP.
Didn't go so wouldn't have a clue if the scoring is fair or not.

You're right, it was only about nine of them. Good to see you were wrong "in real time" about Sole, just the same as you were wrong "in real time" about the diving.
Eh? There's at least as many Woking players round him and they got there first. :fl:

It felt it was a dire game between 2 sides going nowhere this season and we won because we've got a better goalie than you, that is basically the bottom line. Taylor made some good saves and was the MOTM, but I'd only give him 7 at best. I also think it is important that whoever has put those NLP ratings together sees a doctor first thing tomorrow morning.

NLP ratings will normally be sent by the journo from the local paper of the team playing at home, I think.

I think your official Twitter admin bloke should do them. Though looking back through yesterday's match feed there's only a few passive aggressive tweets so maybe he's mellowing.

He's probably given up, much like their team did when they made the play-offs in November.

Yet your fans were signing about us today good one!

I'm pissed off as chelt weren't good at all, very lucky that Dover forgot how to defend!
as you did yesterday, win when your off colour !
Good three points against a strong Dover side, that was a tricky one I thought we'd drop points to.

There were a few who had access to it, but I think there are less now because a few complaints were made about the running of it.

I did think when I saw the marks after the comments I've seen from people who went.

Seems like Cheltenham FGR and ourselves have all recently managed to pick up results when not at our best.
We had a few scratchy 1 - 0s a few weeks back and FGR and Cheltenham seem to be doing that at the minute.
Could go right to the wire i think, exciting season ahead.

We've not been at our best for a while now. I'd be concerned, but we aren't losing. That result today though doesn't surprise me. We've been going behind and coming back all season, that's 22 points from losing positions this season.

The mark of Champions? Maybe, but I won't be counting any chickens just yet.

We've actually managed 17 points from losing positions which surprises me but most of those wins were almost instant replies after going 1-0 down within 10mins. I don't think we'll be having many big comebacks like this Cheltenham one. Keep going as we are and we won't need to but there will be winnable games that we might leave too late while Cheltenham go on to win them. We have however become very solid while still scoring goals, Amond won't stop scoring and Bogle is looking better and better, so hopefully we won't be in those positions much. It's most likely going down to the wire.

This is turning into the Premier League Forum.

Nearly as bad as when Luton first got relegated to the conference! They were dark days in the forum history.

Oi Alty Alty Pieman eightiesrobin, what's the weather like over your way? Forecast says it's fairly dry but might be a bit of rain tomorrow. Pitch should be alright having not had a game on it for a while?

Pieman probably lives nearer than me so best you wait for his reply. I'm looking forward to my first home game in 6 weeks, probably a whupping by a bogey side. If you hang around after the game, you could meet Nicky Clee.

Oh, there was a Man U - Chealsea FA Youth cup game there on Friday night. Pitch was OK then apparently.
