Last year's conf Champs v previous conf Champs.
Difficult to judge this one with our development coach in charge and having lost a few players to Eastleigh. Plus Cheltenham actually won a game the other day.

Expect us to go 2 down and then come back to draw.

We're going to lose to #TheBestTeamLeague2HasEverSeen #Promotion #ChampionshipStandard #WhyHasntHolmanWonTheBallonDorYet

They've got such an amazing squad for this league and I can definitely see them making the playoffs atleast. This whole flirting with relegation thing is just a ploy, obviously.

That's very optimistic Beesknees. I expect Cheltenham to be out of sight by HT, 3 or 4 nil up, though I think they'll only add one more in the second 45.

If only all games were as easily predictable as this one! 5-0 to the Robins.

I'm crapping myself about playing them away on the 30th, cheers Vanni. :ffs:

Both teams got away with that to some degree. Both were lucky to some extent. Don't know how that LB got away with a high kick to the head in the first half - that was nasty.

Slightly concerned by us just sitting off and letting Cheltenham walk all over us at times - but thy couldn't cope when we pushed forward.

Don't quite understand where their fans were getting the pre-season optimism from. Holman wasn non-existant when he came on.

Holman's first appearance since going off with an ankle injury a few weeks back, he's played about 4 games in total since August.

As for today, first half I can't complain, we played extremely well, got caught for the Barnet goal, but battled back and got a deserved equaliser after the lino missed the most stonewall handball I've ever seen. Second half, Barnet realised that our defence are actually shit, attacked a bit more and for some reason we decided that the best way to deal with Akinde is to let him have all the time in the World to pick where he wants to place the ball. After the second went in, our heads dropped and we couldn't get out of our half until the last 10 mins when we decided that a draw would be better than a defeat. Too little too late though and Barnet were deserved winners.
